چکیده
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی مؤلفه ها و شاخص های توسعه کارآفرینی دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های فنی وحرفه ایی کشوراست. پژوهش حاضر ازنظر ماهیت از نوع اکتشافی و ازنظر رویکرد از نوع ترکیبی (آمیخته) است. در بخش کیفی و با استفاده از روش دلفی، 30 نفر ازنظر متخصصان، مدیران، خبرگان وصاحبنظران حوزه کارآفرینی و خبرگان سازمانی و مدیران ورزشی که با این امر، سروکار دارند، استفاده شده است و درنهایت منجر به استخراج و شناسایی متغیرها، گردید. با استفاده از روش دلفی به شناسایی متغیرها پرداخته شده است. بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش و نظرات تخصصی خبرگان درمجموع 55 عامل شناسایی شده است. برای غربال شاخص ها و شناسایی شاخص های نهایی از رویکرد دلفی فازی استفاده شده است و 48 شاخص در راند اول، 44 شاخص در راند دوم و 39 شاخص در راند سوم استخراج شده است. عوامل شناسایی شده در چهار بعد، بعد مدیریتی، بعد تجاری، بعد تخصصی و بعد محیطی شناسایی شده است که ترتیب رتبه های اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص داده اند. استفاده از ظرفیت های کارآفرینی در دانشجویان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه فنی و حرفه ای می تواند راهگشای بیکاری فارغ التحصیلان رشته تربیت بدنی این دانشگاه باشد.Identifying the components and indicators of entrepreneurship development through sports in technical and vocational universities of the country
The purpose of this study is Analysis of entrepreneurship development indicators of physical education students of technical and vocational universities. The present research is exploratory research in nature and hybrid in terms of approach. In the qualitative part of the research, using the Delphi method, 30 opinions of experts, managers, experts and experts in the field of entrepreneurship, organizational experts and sports managers, who deal with this matter, have been used, and finally led to the extraction and identification of variables. The variables have been identified using the Delphi method, and finally the model has been validated using smart.pls software. Based on the research literature and expert opinions of experts, a total of 55 factors have been identified. The fuzzy Delphi approach was used to screen the indicators and identify the final indicators, and 48 indicators were extracted in the first round, 44 indicators in the second round and 39 indicators in the third round. The identified factors are identified in four dimensions, managerial dimension, business dimension, specialized dimension and environmental dimension, which are in the order of first to fourth ranks. Utilizing entrepreneurial capacities in sports at the Technical and Vocational University can solve many problems, including the unemployment of physical education graduates of this university.
