چکیده
از موضوعات اساسی و مهم در مورد زن ومرد، این است که آیا زن و مرد حقیقت و فطرت واحدی دارند و آثاری مشابه دارند یا این که هر یک انسانیت یا فطرتی متفاوت و متمایز دارند؟هدف ازاین تحقیق شناخت دیدگاه های قرآن کریم در زمینه وجه تمایز زن و مرد و نمایاندن آن به پیروان قرآن می باشد، از نظر قرآن جنسیت مهم نیست، بلکه ملاک درنزد خداوند تقوا است. زن و مرد اگر چه از نظر جنسیت متفاوتند ولی از نظر انسانیت برابر هستند. وجه تمایز حقوقی بین زن و مرد راباید در تفاوت های وجودی میان زن و مرد جست و جو کرد. اسلام بر اساس تفاوت های فراوانی میان زن و مرد ازلحاظ جسمی، روانی، احساسی و بر پایه فطرت انسانی، حقوق خویش را وضع نموده است.حال در این مقاله با روشی توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی وجه تمایز زن و مرد از نظرانسانیت و فطرت از دیدگاه قرآن کریم می پردازیم.و نتیجه می گیریم که زن و مرد در سرشت و سیرت انسانی اشتراک دارند؛ یعنی به گونه ای نیست که یکی به علت مرد بودن، برترو بالاتر و دیگری به دلیل زن بودن، پست تر و فروترباشد، هر دو در این مورد با هم برابراند.Human nature and divine nature and the distinction between men and women in the Qur'anic culture
One of the fundamental issues in the matter of men and women is whether men and women have the same truth and nature And are similar works expected of both, or do they each have a different humanity or nature? The purpose of this study is to identify the views of the Holy Quran on the difference between men and women and to show it to the followers of the QuranAccording to the Qur'an, gender is not important, but the criterion in the sight of God is piety. Although men and women are different in terms of gender, they are equal in terms of humanity. The distinction between rights between men and women must be sought in the existential differences between men and women. Islam has established its rights based on many differences between men and women physically, mentally, emotionally and based on human nature. in this article, with a descriptive-analytical method, the distinction between men and women in terms of humanity and nature from the perspective of the Holy Quran has been studied. And we conclusion that men and women share human nature; That is, it is not the case that one is superior because of being a man and the other is inferior because of being a woman.
