جایگاه اخلاقِ مدارا با فراگیران و بررسی مؤلفه های آن در تربیت قرآنی با تأکید بر نقش اسوه ای انبیای الهی (مقاله پژوهشی حوزه)

چکیده
در این پژوهش، با توجه به نیاز جامعه به تعلیم و تربیت و رویکرد جامع قرآن کریم، در صدد ارائه و تبیین الگوی مدارای انبیای الهی با امت بوده ایم و در این راستا، داده ها پس از اخذ و استخراج، با روش کتابخانه ای و با تمرکز بر رویکرد قرآنی، به شکل توصیفی– تحلیلی، بررسی و تبیین شده اند. دستاورد این پژوهش بر محور نقش اسوه ای انبیای الهی در تبلیغ دین، ترسیم جایگاه مدارا و کارکرد آن در جذب فراگیران و نیز تبیین مؤلفه های اخلاق مدارا است. طبق دیدگاه قرآن کریم، صبر، تقوای الهی، خِرد و دانایی، و محبّت و شفقت الهی، عناصر جدانشدنی از مدارای انبیای الهی با مردم بوده اند که می توان از آنها به عنوان مؤلفه های اخلاق مدارا در فرایند تعلیم و تربیت قرآنی یاد کرد. انبیا به واسطه سرسپردگی و عشق و علاقه به خداوند، در تعامل با خلقِ خدا مداراگونه محبّت ورزیده و از هر گونه خشونتی پرهیز می نمودند. بنا براین، در نظام تربیتی قرآن، اصل مدارا از جمله راهکارهای بهینه سازی فرایند تربیت انسان ها بوده و زمینه انس و اطاعت پذیری و جذب فراگیران را مهیا می سازد. دانشوران حوزه تعلیم و تربیت، با به کارگیری این اصل، می توانند یاددهی و تربیت را در راستای نمو و بالندگی فراگیران به شکل صحیح پیش برده و از بروز آسیب های تعاملات خشونت زا که مانع تعالی فراگیران است پیشگیری کنند.An approach of the moral principle of tolerance with learners in the educational system of the Quran (Emphasizing the role of divine prophets
In this research, considering the need of the society for education and training, and the comprehensive approach of the Holy Quran, we have aimed to present and explain the model of how the Divine Prophets dealt with people with tolerance. In this regard, the library data, with a focus on the Quranic approach, have been studied and explained in a descriptive-analytical manner. In this research, while emphasizing the special role of the Divine Prophets in the propagation of religion, the position of tolerance and its function in attracting people are explained, and the components of the ethics of tolerance are stated. According to the perspective of the Holy Quran, patience, divine piety, reflection and knowledge, and divine love are the inseparable elements of the tolerant personality of the Divine Prophets, which can be considered as the components of the ethics of tolerance in the process of Quranic education. The Prophets, out of love for God, loved God's creatures and dealt with them with tolerance and avoided any kind of violence. Therefore, in the Quranic educational system, the principle of tolerance is one of the effective strategies for educating humans and prepares the ground for their obedience and attraction. Scholars in the field of education can, by applying this principle, pave the way for teaching, education, and the growth of students and prevent the occurrence of social harms.
