چکیده
از مهم ترین وظایف هر نظام سیاسی، ترسیم راهبردهای کارآمد برای ترسیم هندسه تعاملات در داخل کشور و مواجهه با واحدهای سیاسی در عرصه روابط بین الملل است. برای چنین مواجهه ای راهبرد گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس بیانیه رهبر معظم انقلاب، مقاومت شناخته شده است. بررسی مبانی فقهی مقاومت در جمهوری اسلامی، می تواند شیوه تعامل با کشورها، نهادها و سازمان های بین المللی را مشخص نماید. ازاین رو مسئله اصلی پژوهش این است که مبانی مقاومت مورد نظر آیت الله خامنه ای در منظومه فقه شیعه چه جایگاهی دارد و آن را با کدام یک از ابواب فقهی می توان تبیین نمود؟ مهم ترین دستاورد پژوهش حاضر، تبیین مبانی فقهی مقاومت به عنوان مؤلفه ای تعیین کننده در معادلات سیاسی، اقتصادی جامعه اسلامی و غلبه بر چالش های ناشی از قدرت طلبی نظام سلطه جهانی است. تحقیق حاضر این فرضیه را پیگیری می کند که مفهوم مقاومت موردنظر آیت الله خامنه ای با ابواب مختلف فقهی مانند جهاد دفاعی، تقیه، امربه معروف، و نظایر آن ها قابل تبیین است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی تحلیلی در خلال مباحث و موضوعاتی مانند مقابله با استبداد در داخل کشور و نفی سلطه، استقلال، دستیابی به تمدن نوین اسلامی در حوزه روابط بین الملل، به تشریح فقهی مبانی مقاومت می پردازد تا بتواند تبیین معقول و جامعی از آن، فراروی مسلمانان و اندیشمندان جهان اسلام قرار دهد.A research on Explaining the Jurisprudential Foundations of Resistance in the Thought of Ayatollah Khamenei
One of the most important tasks of any political system is to draw efficient strategies for drawing the geometry of interactions inside the country and facing political units in the field of international relations. For such a confrontation, the strategy of the second step of the Islamic revolution, based on the statement of the supreme leader of the revolution, is known as resistance. Examining the jurisprudential foundations of resistance in the Islamic Republic can determine the way of interaction with countries, institutions and international organizations. Therefore, the main problem of the research is, what is the position of the foundations of resistance desired by Ayatollah Khamenei in the system of Shia jurisprudence and which of the jurisprudential chapters can it be explained? The most important achievement of the present research is the explanation of the jurisprudential foundations of resistance as a determining component in the political and economic equations of the Islamic society and overcoming the challenges caused by the power seeking of the global domination system. The present research pursues this hypothesis that the concept of resistance intended by Ayatollah Khamenei can be explained with different chapters of jurisprudence such as defensive jihad, taqiyyah, amrba-maaruf, and the like. This research, with a descriptive and analytical method, during discussions and topics such as confronting tyranny inside the country and negation of domination, independence, achieving modern Islamic civilization in the field of international relations, deals with the jurisprudential explanation of the foundations of resistance in order to be able to provide a reasonable and comprehensive explanation of it.
