چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل رهبری اخلاقی مبتنی بر رویکرد مسئوولیت پذیری اجتماعی در دانشگاه پیام نور استان خراسان رضوی بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش از نوع پژوهشی های ترکیبی با تلفیق روشی کیفی و کمی یک مدل قابل قبول که مستخرج از تجارب و نظرات خبرگان این حوزه می باشد، ارائه گردد. لذا در بخش نخست با استفاده از مصاحبه با خبرگان و سپس پیاده نمودن متن صوتی این مصاحبه در نرم افزار مکس کیودا از طریق کدگذاری شاخص های مورد نظر در رابطه با مدل هدف پژوهش تحلیل های لازم در بخش های بعدی صورت گرفت. سپس با استفاده از فراوانی و شاخص های کدگذاری تفسیری مولفه های شناسایی شده رتبه بندی شدند و در نهایت مدل پژهش ارائه شد.جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی که نتایج حاصل از مصاحبه در نرم افزار مکس کیودا پیاده می شود، جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور استان خراسان رضوی می باشند. سپس بر اساس جدول مورگان حجم نمونه برابر 205 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور استان خراسان رضوی می باشد که با توجه به شیوع ویروس کرونا و عدم حضور تمامی کارکنان به صورت تمام وقت نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی صورت گرفت. یافته ها: ابتدا در بخش کیفی با پیاده سازی مصاحبه های صورت گرفته با کارکنان دانشگاه پیام نور استان خراسان رضوی در نرم افزار مکس کیودا شاخص های نهایی مدل رهبری اخلاقی مبتنی بر رویکرد مسئوولیت پذیری اجتماعی در دانشگاه پیام نور استان خراسان رضوی ارائه می گرددEthical leadership model design based on social responsibility approach in Payam Noor University, Razavi Khorasan province
Purpose: The purpose of the current research was to design an ethical leadership model based on the approach of social responsibility in Payam Noor University, Razavi Khorasan Province. Method: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of method, it is a hybrid type of research with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, an acceptable model that is extracted from the experiences and opinions of experts in this field. Therefore, in the first part, by using interviews with experts and then implementing the audio text of this interview in the Max Kyuda software, through coding the desired indicators in relation to the target model of the research, the necessary analyzes were done in the next parts. Then, using the frequency and interpretative coding indices, the identified components were ranked and finally the survey model was presented. Razavi is the light of Khorasan province. Then, according to Morgan's table, the sample size is equal to 205 employees of Payam Noor University of Razavi Khorasan province, which was randomly sampled due to the spread of the corona virus and the absence of all employees on a full-time basis. Findings: First, in the qualitative section, by implementing the interviews with 205 employees of Payam Noor University, Khorasan Razavi province, in the Max Kyuda software, the final indicators of the ethical leadership model based on the social responsibility approach in Payam Noor University, Khorasan Razavi province are presented.
