تاثیر ۳ هفته تمرینات HIT بر زمان به اوج رسیدن لاکتات خون وvo2maxدختران نوجوان غیر ورزشکار

چکیده
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثر 3 هفته تمرین HIT بر زمان به اوج رسیدن لاکتات و همچنین افزایش Vo2max دختران غیر فعال نوجوان بود که به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین (8 نفره) و کنترل (8 نفره) تقسیم شدند. تحقیق حاضر نیمه تجربی از نوع مقطعی بود که به صورت میدانی با طرح پیش و پس آزمون اجرا شد پیش و پس از اجرای برنامه تمرین آزمودنی های هر دو گروه در یک آزمون فزاینده برای تعیین حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی (Vo2max) را اجرا کردند گروه کنترل فعالیتی نداشتند اما گروه تجربی آزمون RAST (دویدن سرعت بی هوازی) را به عنوان پروتکل HIT 4 جلسه در هفته برای زمان به اوج رسیدن لاکتات را اجرا کردند. که لاکتات خون در زمان های قبل از آزمون و در دقایق صفر (شروع ریکاوری) 2، 4، 6، 9، 12، 15 با دستگاه (لاکتومتر اندازه گیری شد تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری آنووا انجام شد. آزمون آنووا نشان داد که پس از 3 هفته تمرین HIT زمان اوج لاکتات خون و Vo2max به طور معناداری افزایش یافت. The main of this study was to in vestigate the effect of my three weeks of HTT exercise on lactate peak time and also Vo2max adolescent girls were in active which are randomly divided into 2 practice groups (8 people) and control group (8 people) were divided. The present study is a cross- sectional (8 people) were divided. The present study is a cross- sectional experimental study which was performed in the whit pre-and post test design. Befor and after the exercise program, the subjects of both groups performed an incremental test to determine the maximum oxygen consumption. The control group had no activity but the experimental group tested the anerobic speed as (RAST) the protocol performed four sessions per week for lactate peak times. Blood lactate at pre – test times and at zerominutes of (recovery start) 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15 measured with alactometer. Data analysis was performed using ANOVA statis tical test. The ANOVA test showed that 3 weeks of HIT exercise was the peak time of blood lactate and Vo2max increased significantly.
