چکیده
طرح شهید بهنام محمدی ازجمله طرح های تربیتی سازمان بسیج بوده که از سال 1397 با چشم انداز شش ساله توسط سازمان بسیج دانش آموزی و با همکاری اداره آموزش وپرورش در برخی از مدارس متوسطه اول به اجرا درآمد. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی طرح رشد و بالندگی شهید بهنام محمدی بود. تحقیق بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و بر مبنای ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 736 نفر و حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان 377 نفر تعیین شد. برای نمونه گیری از روش تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. برای گردآوری اطلاعات و داده ها از هر دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی استفاده شد. برای گردآوری داده از سه پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با طیف پنج درجه ای لیکرت استفاده شد. پرسش نامه ها توسط استاد راهنما و 12 نفر از کارشناسان مجری طرح با روش صوری و محتوایی روایی سنجی و اشکالات آن برطرف شد. پایایی پرسش نامه ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسش نامه دانش آموزان 97/0، پرسش نامه سرگروه ها و مربیان 99/0 و پرسش نامه والدین دانش آموزان 97/0 به دست آمد که نشان از پایایی مناسب پرسش نامه ها داشت. برای توصیف داده ها از شاخص های میانگین و انحراف معیار و جداول فراوانی و برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون t تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. داده ها با نرم افزار SPSS توصیف و تحلیل شد. باتوجه به مقادیر آماره t (دانش آموزان 46/6 ، والدین 67/13 ، مربیان 72/3 و در مجموع 58/12) و میانگین های (دانش آموزان 30/3 ، والدین 61/3 ، مربیان 49/3 و در مجموع 42/3) در سطح آلفای کمتر از 0.05 معنی دار بود که نشان داد اثربخشی طرح مذکور از دیدگاه دانش آموزان، والدین، مربیان و مجموع نمونه تحقیق دارای اثربخشی بالای متوسط و به میزان 68 از 100 (68%) است.The effectiveness of the educational growth and development plan for junior high school students (Shahid Behnam Mohammadi plan)
The project of Martyr Behnam Mohammadi is one of the educational projects of the Basij Organization, which was implemented in 1397 with a six-year perspective by the Basij Student Organization and in cooperation with the Education Department in some junior high schools. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the growth and development plan of Martyr Behnam Mohammadi. The research is applied based on the purpose and descriptive-survey based on the nature and method. The statistical population of the study was 736 people and the sample size was 377 based on Morgan table. A simple random method was used for sampling. Both library and field methods were used to collect information and data. Three researcher-made questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale were used to collect data. The questionnaires were solved by the supervisor and 12 experts implementing the project with a formal and content validity method and its problems. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the student questionnaire of 0.97, the questionnaire of the group leaders and educators 0.99 and the questionnaire of the parents of the students 0.97 which showed the appropriate reliability of the questionnaires. Mean data and standard deviation and frequency tables were used to describe the data and one-sample t-test was used to analyze the data. Data were described and analyzed by SPSS software. According to the values of t-statistic (students 6.46, parents 13.67, educators 3.72 and a total of 12.58) and means (students 3.30, parents 3.61, educators 3.49 and a total of 3.42) At the alpha level, less than 0.05 was significant, which showed that the effectiveness of the project from the perspective of students, parents, educators and the total research sample has a high average effectiveness of 68 out of 100 (68%).
