آینده پژوهی وقوع جرایم اقتصادی زنان متأثر از افزایش نقدینگی و فامیل بازی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: افزایش جرایم اقتصادی و شیوه های مختلف تطهیر درآمدهای نامشروع حاصل از این جرایم و بحث زنان در این مقوله، با توجه به نقش و جایگاه حساس زنان در خانواده و جامعه باید از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار باشد. از طرف دیگر افزایش نقدینگی و فامیل بازی از عواملی هستند که بر وقوع و گسترش جرایم اقتصادی تاثیر عمده و بسزایی دارند.مواد و روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. برای گردآوری داده ها از شیوه کتابخانه ای و منابع اینترنتی و روش دلفی استفاده شده است و ابزار استفاده شده در این روش فیش نویسی و مصاحبه با خبرگان می باشد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در تمام مراحل نگارش پژوهش حاضر، ضمن رعایت اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.یافته ها: زنان در انجام جرم اقتصادی بیشتر نقش معاونت را دارند و کمتر خودشان مجرم اصلی هستند. در جایی که یک زن خودش مجرم اقتصادی باشد مطمئناً از حمایت یک قدرت نفوذی و رابطه فامیل بازی برای انجام روند جرم اقتصادی استفاده کرده است.نتیجه: اجمال و بی توجهی به زنان در قامت بزهکاران جرائم اقتصادی یکی از ویژگی های نظام حقوقی ایران است؛ در نتیجه، در مورد برخورد با جرایم اقتصادی زنان باید دقت بیشتری به عمل آورد و اینکه با توصیف واکنش ها و تدابیر موجود در مورد وضعیت جرایم زنان در جامعه و عدم اعتنا به راهکارهای ارائه شده و قرار گرفتن جامعه در شرایط خاص افزایش نقدینگی و فامیل بازی، پیش بینی می شود جرایم اقتصادی زنان در ایران در یک دهه آینده در پوشش های متنوع رو به افزایش خواهد بود.Prospective study of economic crimes of women affected by increased liquidity and nepotism
Background and Aim: The increase of economic crimes and different ways of purifying illegal incomes from these crimes, and more importantly, the discussion of women in this category should be of special importance due to the role and sensitive position of women in the family and society. On the other hand, increasing liquidity and nepotism are factors that have a major and significant impact on the occurrence and spread of economic crimes.Materials and Methods: This research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of its implementation. To collect data, library and internet resources and Delphi method were used, the tools used in this method are fashion writing and interview with experts.Results: Women play the role of assistants in committing economic crimes and are less likely to be the main perpetrators themselves. Where a woman herself is an economic criminal, she has certainly used the support of an influential power and family relationship to carry out the process of economic crime.Ethical Considerations: In order to organize this research, while observing the authenticity of the texts, honesty and fidelity have been observed.Conclusion: Absence and neglect of women as perpetrators of economic crimes is one of the characteristics of Iran's legal system; as a result, more care should be taken in dealing with women's economic crimes and that by describing the existing reactions and measures regarding the situation of women's crimes in the society and the lack of attention to the solutions provided and the society's exposure to special conditions, the increase Liquidity and nepotism, it is predicted that the economic crimes of women in Iran will increase in the next decade in various guises.
