چکیده
هدف پژوهش شناسایی راهبردهای نگهداری خیرین ورزشیار با تأکید بر ساخت اماکن ورزشی بود. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی تحلیلی و بر اساس رویکرد تحقیق، آمیخته اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل صاحب نظران حوزه جذب و نگهداری خیرین در ورزش بود که نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند و تعداد 16 مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت و در بخش کمّی پژوهش جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مدیران و کارکنان ادرات ورزش و جوانان کشور بود که از این بین تعداد 220 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش خوشه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل عرفی و در فاز کمّی تحقیق از روش الگوسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. براساس یافته های بخش کیفی در مجموع 52 کد اولیه ایجاد شدکه با استفاده از این کدها پرسش نامه راهبردهای نگهداری خیرین ورزش یار مشتمل بر 25 گویه طراحی و در بخش کمّی مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. پس از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و شناسایی مؤلفه های تشکیل دهنده راهبردهای نگهداری خیرین ورزش یار در ساخت اماکن ورزشی، جهت تعیین اثرات گویه ها و عامل های شناسایی شده بر نگهداری خیرین ورزش یار، از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید؛ نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد به ترتیب عوامل آموزش و پژوهش ، عوامل حمایتی ،تشویق و انگیزش ،تبلیغات و رسانه و سازمان دهی امور خیریه میتواند به عنوان راهبرد بر نگهداری خیّرین ورزش یار تأثیر داشته باشد.Identifying and explaining the strategies of maintaining sports benefactors in the construction of sports facilities
The aim of the research was to identify the strategies of maintaining sports charities with an emphasis on the construction of sports facilities. This research was descriptive-analytical and based on the research approach, it was an exploratory mix. The statistical population of the qualitative part consisted of experts in the field of attracting and retaining donors in sports, and purposeful sampling and 16 semi-structured interviews were conducted. People were selected as a statistical sample using the cluster-random method. In order to analyze the data in the qualitative part, conventional analysis method was used and in the quantitative phase of the research, structural equation modeling method was used. Based on the findings of the qualitative section, a total of 52 primary codes were created, and using these codes, a questionnaire on the maintenance strategies of sports benefactors consisting of 25 items was designed and tested in the quantitative section. After the exploratory factor analysis and identification of the constituent components of Yar Sport Donor retention strategies in the construction of sports facilities, structural equation modeling was used to determine the effects of the identified items and factors on Yar Sport Donor retention; The results of this research showed that the factors of education and research, support factors, encouragement and motivation, advertising and media, and organization of charity affairs can have an effect on the maintenance of sports benefactors as a strategy. The Ministry of Sports and Youth, by thinking together with other organizations in charge of charity affairs and taking into account the incentives and protective laws, can largely maintain sports donors to continue investing in the development of sports facilities.
