چکیده
تحقیق حاضر باهدف میزان آشنایی با حقوق ورزشی در بین دبیران تربیت بدنی غرب استان فارس طراحی و اجرا گردید. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روش گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع مطالعات تحلیلی است که جمع آوری اطلاعات آن به صورت میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل تمامی نخبگان آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بودند که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری، تعداد 14 نفر به عنوان نمونه ی تحقیق انتخاب شدند؛ و در بخش کمی جامعه ی آماری تحقیق شامل تمامی دبیران تربیت بدنی غرب استان فارس می باشد که تعداد آنان مطابق با آمارهای کسب شده، 320 نفر می باشد که بر اساس جدول حجم نمونه ی مورگان و انتخاب تصادفی تعداد 175 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق مشخص شد. ابزار گردآوری تحقیق حاضر، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. از روش های آماری آلفای کرونباخ جهت محاسبه ضرایب پایایی و کلوموگروف اسمیرونف برای عادی بودن داده ها، تحلیل عامل اکتشافی، ضریب همبستگی و آزمون t تک گروهی جهت آزمون فرضیه ها استفاده شده است. عملیات آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که از بین 39 مؤلفه شناسایی شده چهار عامل: استانداردهای تجهیزات و اماکن (0.689)، مسئولیت های مدیر و کارشناسی اداره (0.701)، قوانین و مقررات (0.598) و آموزش (0.756) با مؤلفه های آشنایی با حقوق ورزشی در بین دبیران تربیت بدنی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد. درنتیجه می توان گفت، درصورتی که معلمان و مربیان وظایف خود را به طور متعارف انجام دهند هیچ گونه مسئولیتی در قبال حوادث نخواهند داشت.Evaluation of the level of familiarity with sports law among physical education teachers in the west of Fars province
The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of the level of familiarity with sports law among physical education teachers in the west of Fars province. In terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the descriptive data collection method, this research is of the type of analytical studies, the data collection of which was carried out in the field. The statistical population of the qualitative section included all the elites who are aware of the research topic, and based on the purposeful sampling method until reaching theoretical saturation, 14 people were selected as the research sample; And in the quantitative part, the statistical population of the research includes all physical education teachers in the west of Fars province, whose number is 320 according to the obtained statistics, which was determined based on Morgan's sample size table and the random selection of 175 people as the research sample. The tool for collecting the present research is a researcher-made questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha statistical methods were used to calculate reliability coefficients and Smironov's Klomogrov for normality of data, exploratory factor analysis, correlation coefficient and one-group t-test to test hypotheses. Statistical operations were performed using spss software version 26. The results of the research showed that among the 39 components identified, four factors: standards of equipment and places (0.689), responsibilities of the manager and administration expertise (0.701), rules and regulations (0.598) and education (0.756) with the components of familiarity with sports law among teachers There is a significant relationship with physical education. As a result, it can be said that if teachers and trainers perform their duties normally, they will not have any responsibility for accidents.
