شناسایی راهکارهای عملیاتی کاربرد فنّاوری بلاکچین در رونق گردشگری ایران (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
درحال حاضر کشور ایران با مسائل اقتصادی و محدودیت هایی مواجه است که با استفاده از فنّاوری های روز دنیا می تواند از موانع پیش روی خود عبور یا آن ها را تسهیل کند. فنّاوری زنجیره بلوکی یکی از فنّاوری های نوین در عصر جدید است که می توان با مطالعه عمیق این مبحث و یافتن راهکارهای مناسب اجرایی در صنعت گردشگری از آن بهره برداری کرد. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است به سه هدف زیر دست یابد: 1) شناسایی ابعاد مثبت فنّاوری بلاکچین در رونق گردشگری ایران؛ 2) شناسایی ابعاد منفی فنّاوری بلاکچین در رونق گردشگری ایران و 3) شناسایی راهکارهای مناسب به منظور مدیریت استفاده مؤثر از فنّاوری بلاکچین در رونق گردشگری ایران. این پژوهش، از نظر روش، کیفی (تحلیل مضمون) است و جامعه آماری پژوهش را متخصصان حوزه گردشگری، فنّاوری و اقتصاد تشکیل داده اند. نتایج این پژوهش شامل یافتن ابعاد مثبت (مانند تسهیل تراکنش های مالی در گردشگری، حذف واسطه ها در گردشگری، تسهیل قراردادهای حوزه گردشگری، تسهیل برنامه ریزی و فرایند سفر، تسهیل در اعتبارسنجی و احراز هویت) و منفی (مانند عدم شناخت و پذیرش این فنّاوری، وجود محدودیت های ذاتی این فنّاوری) فنّاوری بلاکچین در رونق گردشگری ایران بوده است. به علاوه، راهکارهای اجرایی مناسب (سیاست گذاری های مناسب برای استفاده از فنّاوری بلاکچین در گردشگری، فرهنگ سازی و آموزش به منظور استفاده از فنّاوری بلاکچین و خدمات آن، معرفی گونه ها و بخش هایی از گردشگری، که امکان جذب فنّاوری بلاکچین آن ها را فعال تر می کند، و جذب سرمایه گذاران خارجی در حوزه گردشگری با هدف استفاده از این فنّاوری در پیشرفت و توسعه گردشگری در ایران شناسایی و معرفی شد.The Identification of Operational Solutions for the Application of Blockchain Technology in Promoting of Tourism in Iran
Recently, Iran has been facing economic problems and the latest technologies can help to overcome or facilitate its progress. Blockchain is one of the emerging technologies in the new era that through in-depth study on this topic and finding appropriate operational solutions can promote the tourism marketing. The present study follows three main objectives: 1) to investigate the positive dimensions of blockchain in Iran's tourism boom, 2) to recognize the negative dimensions of blockchain in Iran's tourism boom, 3) to identify the appropriate strategies to manage the effective application of blockchain in Iran's tourism boom. Thematic analysis was used in this study. The results of data analysis illustrated that the positive dimensions of using blockchain in Iran's tourism can classified in 7 categories such as: To facilitate financial transactions in tourism, to eliminate of intermediaries in tourism, To facilitate contracts in the field of tourism, to facilitate travel planning and process, to facilitate validation and authentication, etc. In addition, the negative impacts of blockchain was also classified in 7 categories as follow: Lack of knowledge and acceptance of this technology, the inherent limitations of this technology, etc. Furthermore, the results of thematic analysis demonstrated several appropriate operational solutions which can promote tourism in Iran: policy making for use of blockchain technology in tourism; introducing the types and tourism segments which can be more active by using blockchain t; culturization organizing educational programs and workshops regarding using blockchain and its services; attracting foreign investors in the field of tourism
