چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ط تبیین مدل پارادایمی رفتارهای ضدبهره ورانه در هیئت های ورزشی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی، ازنظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. در بخش اول (کیفی) برای انجام مصاحبه میدانی، جامعه آماری پژوهش، اساتید برجسته حوزه مدیریت ورزشی متخصص در حوزه رفتار سازمانی و همچنین برخی از مدیران هیئت های ورزشی استان گلستان که دارای تحصیلات دکتری بودند که این افراد، به صورت هدفمند برای مصاحبه های کیفی در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گردید (16 مصاحبه با 16 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظری ادامه یافت) و در بخش دوم (کمی) بعد از گردآوری اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش کیفی، اقدام به ساخت پرسشنامه نموده و این پرسشنامه (66 گویه و در قالب 22 مؤلفه) در بین مدیران و کارکنان هیئت های ورزشی استان گلستان. به صورت تصادفی توزیع گردید (110 نمونه). از نرم افزار Max QDA نسخه Pro به منظور تحلیل مصاحبه ها و استخراج کدهای پژوهش استفاده شد. برای بررسی و پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش و رسم و تدوین مدل اندازه گیری و مدل ساختاری از نرم افزارهای SPSS نسخه 24، Smart PLS نسخه 0/2 استفاده شد... بر اساس نتایج تحلیل داده های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه ها، مدل پارادایمی رفتارهای ضدبهره ورانه در هیئت های ورزشی حاوی 28 مقوله در قالب ابعاد شش گانه شامل موجبات علی (چهار مقوله)، پدیده اصلی (چهار مقوله)، راهبرد (هفت مقوله)، عوامل زمینه ای (سه مقوله)، شرایط مداخله گر (دو مقوله) و پیامد (هشت مقوله) بوده است.Explaining the paradigm model of anti-productive behaviors in Sports Boards
The purpose of this study is to explain the paradigm model of anti-productive behaviors in Sports Boards the present study in terms of purpose is Practical and In terms of data collection method Was Descriptive survey. In the first part (qualitative) for conducting field interviews, the statistical population of the study, prominent professors in the field of sports management specializing in organizational behavior and also some managers of sports boards in Golestan province who had doctoral studies, these people purposefully for interviews Qualitative was selected in the research topic (16 interviews with 16 people and continued until theoretical saturation) and in the second part (quantitative) after collecting information from qualitative research, a questionnaire was made and this questionnaire (66 items in 22 components) among managers and employees of sports boards in Golestan province. Distributed randomly (110 samples). Max QDA Pro version software was used to analyze the interviews and extract the research codes. SPSS software version 24, Smart PLS version 0.2 were used to review and answer the research and drawing questions and to formulate the measurement model and structural model. Based on the results of analyzing the qualitative data obtained from the interviews, the paradigm model of behaviors Anti-productive in sports boards containing 28 categories in the form of six dimensions including causal causes (four categories), main phenomenon (four categories), strategy (seven categories), underlying factors (three categories), intervening conditions (two categories) ) And consequence (eight categories).
