چکیده
هدف از تحقیق حاضر، تدوین معیارهای ارزیابی عملکرد مربیان فوتبال پایه بر اساس تحلیل عامل اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه کلیه مدیران، مربیان، بازیکنان و صاحب نظران فوتبال پایه کشور (حدود 3500 نفر) بودند. نمونه آماری با توجه به جدول مورگان 346 نفر به صورت تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با مصاحبه 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی با سابقه مربیگری در فوتبال پایه در 41 گویه و 12 عامل در مقیاس پنج ارزشی لیکرت استفاده شد و روایی و پایایی آن توسط 10 نفر از اساتید دانشگاهی تایید شد (79/0=α). برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و در نهایت تاییدی و نرم افراز لیزال و اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 22 استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان می دهد که سابقه فعالیت پاسخ دهندگان در حوزه فوتبال 18/6±84/12 سال و 02/3±36/8 سال در رده های فوتبال پایه بود. 12 معیار ارزیابی عملکرد مربیان فوتبال پایه به ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: شیوه آموزش، آموزش و تجربه مربیگری، مسئولیت های شغلی مربیگری، مهارت های روان شناختی و ارتباط با شاگردان، ایجاد محیط تمرینی لذت بخش، ویژگی های اخلاقی و رفتاری، دانش فوتبال پایه، مشارکت در شناسایی و پرورش استعدادها، نظارت بر عملکرد و پیشرفت شاگردان، ارتباط با مسولین و والدین، مراقبت از وسایل و تجهیزات، مستندسازی اطلاعات ورزشکاران تدوین شدند. پیشنهاد می شود که مسئولین آموزش فدراسیون فوتبال در برای ارزیابی عملکرد مربیان فوتبال پایه از این معیارها استفاده نمایند تا زمینه رشد و شکوفایی نوآموزان فوتبال در آینده بر اساس معیار های علمی را فراهم کنند.Develop Citeria for Evaluating the Performance of Grassroots Football Coaches Based on Exploratory Factor Analysis
The purpose of the current research was to formulate performance evaluation criteria for basic football coaches based on exploratory factor analysis. The statistical population of this research was all the managers, coaches, players and experts of basic football in the country (about 3500 people). According to Morgan's table, the statistical sample of 346 people was randomly selected by stratification. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with interviews of 15 university professors with experience in coaching basic football in 41 items and 12 factors on a five-point Likert scale, and its validity and reliability were confirmed by 10 university professors (α=0.79). Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and finally confirmatory were used to rank the factors and softwares of Lisrel & SPSS version 22. The data analysis showed that the respondents had a history of 12.84±6.18 years and 8.36±3.02 years in the basic soccer. The 12 Criterias of performance evaluation of basic soccer coaches in order of priority are: training style, coaching background and experience, coaching job responsibilities, psychological and student communication skills, creating a enjoyable training environment, ethical and behavioral characteristics, basic soccer knowledge, Partnering in identifying and nurturing talent, monitoring student performance and development, communicating with parents and carers, taking care of equipment, documenting athletes' information. It is recommended that Football Federation education officials use these Criterias to evaluate the performance of basic football coaches to provide the basis for future growth and prosperity of soccer learners based on scientific Criterias.
