شناسایی احکام مدنی و کیفری معلمان و مربیان ورزشی استان کرمانشاه

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی احکام مدنی و کیفری معلمان و مربیان ورزشی در استان کرمانشاه بود. روش تحقیق کیفی (تحلیل محتوا) است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کارشناسان دادگستری، قضات و مدیران مدارس استان کرمانشاه بود. از روش نمونه گیری گلوگه برفی استفاده شد. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبه بود که از 12 نفر به عمل آمد. روایی ابزار پژوهش (مصاحبه)، توسط مصاحبه شوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص، تأیید گردید. و برای سنجش پایایی از روش توافق درون موضوعی استفاده شد که مطابق این روش مقدار پایایی برابر با 0.87 بود. در راستای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش نظریه داده-بنیاد استفاده شد. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر مسئولیت مدنی و کیفری معلمان و مربیان در قالب 3 مقوله اصلی دسته بندی شدند. مقوله ها شامل: تجهیزات و محیط نامناسب، ویژگی ها و رفتارهای دانش آموزان و عامل مربیان و معلمان می باشند. که این 3 مورد خود شامل 6 مفهوم و 58 عامل یا کد باز هستند. بر اساس یافته های این پژوهش نتیجه می گیریم به منظور افزایش آگاهی حقوقی مربیان و معلمان استان کرمانشاه به عنوان نماینده مربیان ورزش کشور، می بایست زمینه ها و فرصت های متنوع یادگیری برای آن ها محیا گردد تا بتوانند از خطرات احتمالی مصون بمانندIdentifying the civil and criminal sentences of sports teachers and coaches in Kermanshah province
Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the civil and criminal sentences of sports teachers and coaches in Kermanshah province. Methodology: Qualitative research method (data-foundation theory). The statistical population of the present study was justice experts, judges and school principals of Kermanshah province. Snowdrop sampling method was used. The research tool was an interview of 12 people. The validity of the research tool (interview) was confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. To measure the reliability, the intra-subject agreement method was used, which according to this method, the reliability value was equal to 0.87. Datatheory theory was used to analyze the data. Results: The findings of this study showed that the factors affecting the civil and criminal responsibility of teachers and educators were classified into three main categories. Categories include: inappropriate equipment and environment, characteristics and behaviors of students, and agents of educators and teachers. These 3 items themselves include 6 concepts and 58 open source agents. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, we conclude that in order to increase the legal awareness of coaches and teachers in Kermanshah province as a representative of sports coaches in the country, various fields and learning opportunities should be provided for them to be able to avoid the risks.
