چکیده
پس از روی کار آمدن سلسله اشکانی در 247 ق.م مناسبات ایران با همسایگان و دولت های آن روز شکل جدیدی به خود گرفت. این دولت نوپا در همان اوان تأسیس مبارزات و تصادمات گسترده ای را برای به دست آوردن سلطه بر مرز و بوم ایران با اقوام مهاجم، دولت سلوکی و امپراتوری روم آغاز کرد. باید اذعان داشت که پادشاهان این سلسله نه تنها به مناقشات و کشمکش های نظامی توجه و اهمیت می دادند، بلکه از ابزار و شیوه های دیپلماسی در ارتباط با آن دولت ها نیز بهره می جست. اشکانیان با استفاده از دیپلماسی در حفظ مرزهای سیاسی خود و کسب امتیازهای اقتصادی و سیاسی، موفقیت های گوناگونی را به دست آورند. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش بررسی تاریخی مبتنی بر گردآوری اسناد و مدارک تاریخی، در پی پاسخ به این مسئله است که دیپلماسی شاهنشاهی اشکانی چگونه و بر مؤلفه هایی استوار بوده ؟ و چه نقش و جایگاهی در رویکرد های سیاسی و اقتصادی این سلسله داشته است؟. رهیافت این پژوهش این است که اشکانیان با ابزارهایی مانند مذاکره از طریق سفرای خود و انعقاد معاهدات سیاسی و اقتصادی تمامیت ارضی خود را حفظ نموده و از سود سرشار حاصل از تجارت توانستند به تجهیز سپاه و ادامه نبردهای استراتژیک خود بپردازند.The Study of the Characteristics of Diplomacy during the Parthian Period
After the Parthian dynasty came to power in 247 BC, Iran's relations with its neighbors and governments of that day took on a new form. At the same time, this fledgling government began to establish extensive struggles and conflicts to gain control of Iran's borders and territory with the invading tribes, the Seleucid government, and the Roman Empire. It must be acknowledged that the kings of this dynasty not only paid attention to military disputes and conflicts, but also used the tools and methods of diplomacy in relation to those states. The Parthians achieved various successes by using diplomacy to maintain their political borders and gain economic and political privileges. This research uses the method of historical study based on the collection of historical documents to seek to answer the question of how Parthian imperial diplomacy was based on some components? And what role and place has it played in the political and economic approaches of this dynasty? The approach of this research is that the Parthians maintained their territorial integrity by means such as negotiating through their ambassadors and concluding political and economic treaties, and were able to equip the IRGC and continue their strategic battles with the rich profits from trade.Keywords:
