چکیده
عقلانیت گاهی وصف باورها قرار می گیرد و زمانی افعال و رفتار متصف به عقلانیت می گردد و گاهی نیز ارزش ها متصف به آن می شوند، ولی در هر صورت، عقلانیت بر پایه ی وحی و مبانی اسلامی، نظامی است متشکل از اصولی که در چارچوب فرهنگ و تمدن اسلامی شکل گرفته و ذهنیات و رفتار مسلمانان را سامان می دهد. همگرایی و وحدت مسلمانان نیز سبب تحقق اهداف و مصالح امت اسلامی و ایستادگی در برابر دشمنان اسلام می شود. تمدن نوین اسلامی زمانی شکل می گیرد که عنصر عقلانیت و همگرایی در جوامع اسلامی جایگاه اصلی خود را بازیافته و بدین ترتیب تمدن اسلامی که شامل همه ی دستاوردهای مسلمانان در ابعاد گوناگون اقتصادی، فرهنگی، مذهبی، اجتماعی، اخلاقی، مادی و معنوی و... می شود؛ احیا، بازسازی و بازپروری شود. طرح این مهم در فضایی فقهی و با بیان حکم شرعی وجوب یا حرمت آن، علاوه بر آنکه روند تأثیر حرکت اصلاحی اجتماعی را سرعت می بخشد، باعث می شود افقی فراتر از توصیه و تحسین این دو امر مهم و درعین حال مترتب بر یکدیگر را پیش روی جوامع اسلامی قرار دهد. این مقاله به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی درصدد بیان مبانی فقهی عقلانیت و همگرایی مسلمانان در شکل گیری تمدن نوین اسلامی است. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر آن است که مبانی فقهی این مسأله عبارت اند از: فطرت توحیدی، اصل نظام ولایی، اصل تشکیل امت واحد، عقلانیت مبتنی بر کتاب و سنت و از قواعد فقهی مورد استناد نیز می توان به قاعده احترام، قاعده وحدت، قاعده تقیه، قاعده الزام و قاعده عدالت اشاره کرد.Figh principles and rules based on the rationality and unity of Muslims in modern Islamic civilization

In a descriptive-analytical way, this article seeks to express the jurisprudential foundations of rationality and convergence of Muslims in the formation of modern Islamic civilization.
