مرور نظام مند مؤلفه های مؤثر در الگوی عملیات روانی از دیدگاه نویسندگان ایرانی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
پژوهش های زیادی در ارتباط با عملیات روانی انجام شده است. همین امر اقتضای آن دارد که از منظری کلان، نسبت به تجمیع دیدگاه ها و تولید رویکردی جامع اقدام شود. پژوهش حاضر به منظور به دنبال ارائه پاسخ به این پرسش است که: مؤلفه های مؤثر بر الگوی عملیات روانی از دیدگاه محققان ایرانی کدامند؟ جهت گردآوری داده ها از روش اسنادی و برای تحلیل داده ها از مرور نظام مند (سال های 1380-1400) استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که: از دیدگاه نویسندگان ایرانی، پنج دسته از مؤلفه ها مدنظر می باشند؛ سه دسته نخست از جنس عوامل مؤثر بوده و شامل عوامل پایه، زمینه ای و تسهیل گر می شود. مؤلفه چهارم مؤثر ناظر بر تاکتیک های عملیات روانی بوده و حوزه های شناختی، هیجانی و رفتاری را شامل می شود. مؤلفه پنجم ناظر بر پیامدهای عملیات روانی است که به نوبه خود سه حوزه جامعه خودی، دشمنان و بازیگران بی طرف را دربرمی گیرد.Systematic review of the effective components in the model of Psychological Operations from the perspective of Iranian writers
The design of the present study was a qualitative meta-combination and systematic review. The statistical population of the study consisted of all articles performed in the field of psychological operations with a total of 124 articles in Iran and abroad, of which 40 articles with criteria related to the purpose of the present study were selected as the research sample. The research tools consisted of reviewing library documents and reviewing Persian articles in the field of keyword psychological operations, and the method of data analysis was content review and coding. The results showed that the characteristics of war costs, change in the structure of war and change in attitudes toward war are the basic and causal factors of psychological operations, and the characteristics of emerging technologies, modern warfare structure, cognitive and societal characteristics of underlying factors, accessibility indicators To the new knowledge, the conditions and position of psychological operations and coordination and consensus in psychological operations, facilitators and cognitive, emotion-based, behavior-oriented tactics formed the characteristics of psychological operations strategies in this study. Ultimately, operations for the community itself, the enemy community, and the neutral community group include the consequences of psychological operations. The final results of the research show that it provides an integrated model of psychological operations that can help to understand the scope of psychological operations.
