چکیده
با انحلال شورایعالی بانوان، سازمان زنان ایران در سال 1345 ه.ش و زیر نظر اشرف پهلوی جایگزین آن شد که هدف از تاسیس آن ترفیع مقام زن، آشناکردن زنان با حقوق و تکالیف خود، بسیج آن ها برای شرکت در فعالیت های اجتماعی، هماهنگ کردن فعالیت های جمعیت های گوناگون زنان ایران و ایجاد تفاهم و مناسبات متقابل بین آنان و زنان سایر کشورها بیان شد. این سازمان که یک سازمان دولتی بود و تا سال 1357 بیش از چهارصد شعبه در سراسر کشور داشت، تبدیل به بزرگترین سازمانی شد که در حوزه زنان مشغول به فعالیت بود.مسئله پژوهش حاضر واکاوی زمینه ها و انگیزه های موثر در شکل گیری سازمان زنان ایران است که محقق به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی و با تکیه بر منابع اصلی و اسناد آرشیوی به بررسی عوامل شکل گیری این سازمان می پردازد و به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سوال است که سازمان زنان ایران چرا و چگونه شکل گرفت؟ یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که تعداد زیاد جمعیت های زنان در سالهای پس از سقوط حکومت رضاخان لزوم همگرایی جمعیت ها و شکل گیری شورایعالی زنان را موجب شد و عدم حمایت کافی و نیز عدم کارایی این شورا موجب طرح انتقادات به شورایعالی زنان شد که همزمانی این امربا برنامه های توسعه ای حکومت و انقلاب سفید شاه موجب شد تا حکومت از طریق انحلال شورایعالی زنان و تاسیس سازمان زنان، علاوه بر جلوگیری از فعالیت سازمانهای مستقل زنان، برنامه های زنان را در جهت اهداف توسعه ای خود به پیش برد.Analysis of effective contexts and motivations in the establishment of the Iranian Women's Organization
With the dissolution of the Supreme Council of Women, the Women's Organization of Iran was replaced in 1345 by Ashraf Pahlavi. The purpose of its establishment was to promote the status of women, acquaint women with their rights and duties, mobilize them to participate in social activities, coordinate the activities of various communities of Iranian women and establish mutual understanding and relations between them and women of other countries. This government organization until 1357, had more than four hundred branches throughout the country, had become the largest organization working in the field of women. The purpose of the present study is to analyze the contexts and motivations effective in the formation of the Iranian Women's Organization. Why and how was Iran formed? The findings show that the large number of women populations in the years after the fall of Reza Khan's government necessitated the convergence of populations and the formation of the High Council of Women. Simultaneously with the government and the White Shah Revolution, the government, through the dissolution of the High Council of Women and the establishment of the Women's Organization, in addition to preventing the activities of independent women's organizations, promoted women's programs towards its development goals.
