چکیده
پذیرش رسمی میراث نظامی به منزله شاخه ای از میراث فرهنگی و لزوم حفاظت از ساختارهای یکپارچه با بستر فرهنگی اجتماعیِ آن درپی بنیان گذاری کمیته علمی بین المللی ایکوموس در استحکامات دفاعی و میراث نظامی انجام شد. اثربخشی حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی به طور عام و میراث نظامی به طور خاص به ایجاد دانش و بینش اجتماعی درباره ارزش های میراثی وابسته است که متعاقباً می تواند به ارتقای کیفیت گردشگریِ میراث نظامی بینجامد. بر این اساس، تلاش پژوهشِ کیفی حاضر[1] بر این بوده است که در گام نخست، با رویکردی توصیفی اکتشافی و با استناد به روش تفسیری تاریخی، تحولات کالبدی معنایی را بررسی و ارزش های عینی و محتوایی مترتب بر مجموعه قزاقخانه و میدان مشق تهران را به منزله یکی از مهم ترین مصادیق میراثِ نظامی مدرن در ایران بازشناسی کند و متعاقباً کیفیت حفاظت از این ارزش ها را به شیوه نگرش سنجی از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه هنر پردیس باغ ملی تهران، به منزله گروهی مطرح در گردشگری این مجموعه، ارزیابی کند. یافته های پژوهش ازطرفی حکایت از تثبیت جایگاه این مجموعه به منزله فضایی میراثی نظامی در میان مخاطبان و گردشگران می کند و از طرف دیگر کیفیت شناخت و ادراک آنان از نظام ارزشی مترتب بر این مجموعه تاریخی و همچنین آگاهی ایشان از اقدامات حفاظتی آن را در سطح متوسطِ رو به پایین ارزیابی می کند. با تعمیم این نتایج می توان دریافت که تدوین و اجرای راهکارهایی، به منظور بالا بردن آگاهی ذی مدخلان از ارزش های مرتبط به گونه های متنوع میراث نظامی، گامی مؤثر در حفاظت از این مجموعه و ارتقای کیفیت گردشگری آن است.Position of Military Heritage Values in Conservation and Tourism of Qazaghkhaneh and Mashq Square in Tehran From the Viewpoint of the Students in BagheMelli Campus-University of Art
The acceptance of “Military Heritage” as cultural heritage and the necessity of conserving its integrated structures to the surrounding cultural landscapes, occurred at an international level, after the foundation of ICOMOS International Scientific Committee on Fortifications and Military Heritage. The effectiveness of cultural heritage conservation in general and military heritage in particular, can be guaranteed by creating social knowledge towards the heritage values that can subsequently enhance the quality of military heritage tourism; Following the same trend and by taking the descriptive-exploratory approach and applying interpretive-historical method, this qualitative research aims to recognize the tangible and intangible values of Qazaghkhaneh and Mashq Square in Tehran trough studying its physical-semantic evolution, as one of the most significant modern military heritage complexes in Iran; Then, by using the attitude assessment method, it tries to evaluate the quality of conservation of these values form the viewpoint of BagheMelli Campus students, as one of its remarkable tourist group. The findings of this study show the stabilized position of this complex as a military heritage structure among its audiences and tourists and measures the quality of their perception towards its values and their awareness about its conservation processes at a moderate to low level among the statistical society. By generalizing these results, it can be concluded that developing and implementing strategies to raise awareness among the stakeholders toward the values of various types of military heritage structures, can be an effective step to the conservation of this complex and enhancement of its tourism
