چکیده
شهر به عنوان پدیده ای اجتماعی و زنده توجه ویژه ای را در دین مبین اسلام به خود اختصاص داده است. دینی که در شهر زاده شده و نگاهی خاص به آن داشته است. از اینرو دانشمندان اسلامی و شهرشناسان در طول تاریخ به دنبال ایجاد شهرهایی اسلامی و آرمانی بوده و در این راه نگاه عمیقی به اصول فقهی و آیین اسلامی در ایجاد و شناخت شهر داشته اند. شهری که اسلام در آن متجلی است، مناسب زیست مومن خواهد بود. شهر اسلامی برای تجلی بخشیدن به ارزش های مورد احترام جامعه مسلمانان، به طور مداوم راهها و روشهای مناسب زمان و مکان را می جوید. هدف این پژوهش بازشناسی جایگاه احکام و اخلاق اسلامی در برنامه ریزی و طراحی فضاهای شهری اسلامی است که با روش پژوهش تحلیل محتوای متون و استدلال منطقی و شیوه های مطالعه کتابخانه ای و اسنادی انجام می شود. در این راستا مهمترین پرسش پژوهش عبارت است از اینکه قواعد فقهی مترتب بر فضاهای شهری کدامند؟ فقه و قواعد فقهی از جمله عوامل مهم در موضوع مدیریت شهر ها می باشند. این قواعد با تعیین کلیات مربوط به هر موضوع، نحوه کار و اصول مهمی که بایستی در طراحی و برنامه ریزی شهرها رعایت شود را ، مشخص می کنند. از اینرو قواعد فقهی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین منابع برای استخراج احکام و روش های اجرایی کاربرد دارند.Definition the Fiqh” s Principles and Laws in Planning and Design of Islamic Urban Spaces (Case Study: 15 Khordad Walk Way)
The city as a social and living phenomenon has received special attention in the religion of Islam. A religion that was born in the city and had a special look at it. Therefore, Islamic scholars and urban scientists throughout history have sought to create Islamic and ideal cities, and in this way have had a deep look at the principles of jurisprudence and Islamic religion in creating and recognizing the city. The city of manifestation of Islam is a suitable city for the believer. The Islamic city is constantly looking for appropriate ways and means of time and place to manifest the respected values of the Muslim community. The purpose of this study is to recognize the place of Islamic laws and ethics in the planning and design of Islamic urban spaces, which is done by research method analysis of the content of texts and logical reasoning and my methods of reading libraries and documents. In this regard, the most important research question is what are the Fiqh” s laws for urban spaces? Fiqh” s laws are among the important factors in the management of cities. These laws define the generalities of each subject, how it works, and the important principles that must be considered in the design and planning of cities.
