Although for a couple of centuries empiricism was prevalent in physics circles , the development of various schools of philosophy of science, during the second half of the twentieth century, made it clear we do not encounter nature with empty minds and that scientists always use some assumptions in their scientific work. In this article. We argue that metaphysical assumptions play an important role at various stages of science activity. But these assumptions are usually taken from various schools of philosophy or religions. Monotheistic religions can provide such principles. Thus, metaphysics works as a bridge between science and religion.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop the principles of Islamic education with an approach of freshness and vitality for the elementary school. Method : In this research, the content analysis method has been used to be able to interpret and analyze the speeches and messages related to the topic, regarding the relationship between Islamic education and vitality in the religion of Islam, books on Islamic education and the Qur'an and hadith. Findings : The findings of the present study using content analysis method, indicate that theoretically ten principles of Islamic education with a freshness and vitality approach for elementary school (aesthetic principle, principle of tolerance, principle of beauty, principle of modification, principle of ease, principles have been referred to. Dynamics and vitality in school and class, the principle of reminder, the principle of continuity, the principle of awareness and the principle of individual differences) can be explained. That is, Islamic teachings can inspire the hypotheses and theories of Islamic education with a refreshing and invigorating approach for the elementary school. Conclusion : It is important to use the principles and perspectives in practice and to evaluate the performance of Islamic education with the approach of freshness and vivacity.

Background: Ethics are closely tied to people’s beliefs, values, ​​and ideals, and custom assumes a special sacredness for morality. The present study attempts to investigate the role of ethics in civil liability law and the ethical aspects of fault and compensation of damages arising from faults. Through analyzing ethics and its philosophy as well as investigating the ethical theories, the present study also aims to investigate the effects of ethics on civil liability theories. Moreover, by examining the contents of the first part, this study examines the principles of civil liability of the transport operator. Conclusion: Regarding human’s ethical liability, there are two main views in ethical philosophy. First, there is a retrospective view stating that human is responsible for his decision-making power and voluntary actions. Second view is a prospective one holding human responsible for the consequences of his/her actions. Much of the theory of civil liability is inspired by these two views. In the field of transportation, the legal relationship between the sender and the operator of the multimodal transport, under a single contract, is called the multimodal transport contract. The basis of transport operator liability in single-mode conventions is diverse. The basis of liability in The Hague and Warsaw Conventions is based on fault.
