سناریونگاری صنعت سیمان در ایران با رویکرد آمیخته(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

صنعت سیمان یکی از بخش های صنعتی راهبردی و مهم در کشور از نظر تأمین نیازهای حوزه هایی چون مسکن، ساخت و ساز و بسیاری از پروژه های عمرانی است. در حال حاضر این صنعت با مشکلاتی چون مازاد عرضه، فرسودگی تجهیزات و جانمایی نادرست کارخانه ها روبروست. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی سناریوهای آینده این صنعت در میان مدت است. این پژوهش از منظر جهت گیری، کاربردی و از منظر بنیان پارادایمی، دارای رویکرد عملگراست. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان صنعت سیمان هستند که با روش نمونه گیری قضاوتی انتخاب شده اند. در گام اول از طریق مرور پیشینه و مصاحبه با خبرگان این صنعت، پیشران های عام و اختصاصی شناسایی شدند. سپس با به کارگیری غربال تئوریک و استنتاج محور پیشران های نهایی انتخاب شدند. در ادامه پیشران های باقیمانده با تکنیک ساختاری دیمتل تحلیل شدند. با توجه به بیشترین خالص اثر، دو پیشران قیمت گذاری و تقاضای بازار برای شکل دهی سناریوها در نظر گرفته شده و برای توسعه سناریوها رویکرد آزمون و گزینش فرضیات راهبردی فردی استفاده گردید. سناریوهای پیشنهادی پژوهش عبارتند از: سناریو تلاش برای بقا، سناریو مرهمی بر زخم، سناریو دنیای رو به رشد و سناریو احتضار. سناریو احتضار و سناریو دنیای رو به رشد به ترتیب بدترین و بهترین وضعیت را توصیف می کنند. در نهایت برای تعیین سناریوی محتمل، تکنیک اولویت ترتیبی به کار گرفته شد و مشخص گردید که سناریو مرهمی بر زخم محتمل ترین سناریو است. برای ارائه پیشنهادهای پژوهش رویکرد شوپنهاوری به کار گرفته شد. به این صورت که وجوه اشتراک سناریو محتمل و بدبینانه مبنای پیشنهاد قرار گرفت.

The present study was conducted aimed to identify the dimensions and components of cultural participation in universities (case study: Islamic Azad Universities of Hormozgan province). This study is a mixed exploratory research that in the qualitative section using the Thematic analysis technique and based on semi-structured interviews with 20 experts to identify the dimensions and components of students' cultural participation; also, also, in order to prioritize the dimensions and components of cultural participation, the OPA (Lingo software) technique was used based on the opinions of 7 experts. In the thematic analysis part, 51 basic themes, 12 organizing themes and 4 comprehensive themes were identified. Based on the results of OPA technique, the indicators of "quality of cultural programs, proper planning, how to implement cultural programs, motivational behavior pattern, attention to students' opinions, institutional trust, spirit of participation, security, social health, social communication and new communication media" They were ranked 1 to 12, respectively. Findings of this research can provide deep insight to senior decision makers and cultural managers and provide the basis for more cultural participation of researchers and students.
