INTRODUCTION: Fars is a disaster-prone province which is affected by a myriad of disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, fires, and traffic accidents. Therefore, the present study aimed to evaluate the disaster risk of hospitals in Fars province in 2017. METHODS: This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed in 2017. Out of 90 hospitals in Fars province, 51 centers cooperated in the presented study. Six prevalent disasters and crises in Fars province were identified using the recorded incidents in the last 20 years in the Emergency Operation Center (EOC) of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. A book entitled "National tools for the assessment of risks and indicators of specialized competencies of the health sector in response to hazards and disasters (risk map), which was written for the Ministry of Health of Iran in 2014, was used to assess and obtain the risk score. The maximum and minimum risk scores were obtained at 95 and 19, respectively, and the data were analyzed in Excel 2016. FINDINGS: The mean and standard deviation of the obtained scores for different hazards were reported as 56.039±175.785 (earthquake), 45.962 ± 322.17 (seasonal flood), 575.786.195±19.57 (drought), 909.18±686.36 (chemical threats), 47.764±18.066 (human-caused fires), and 50.235±15.709 (power outage). In most hospitals, the risk of earthquakes and the negative impact of drought were higher than other hazards, while the chemical threats obtained the lowest score. CONCLUSION: Since Fars province is a disaster-prone area, the risk assessment should be periodically performed at short intervals to identify hazards with higher risk scores and implement corrective measures in this regard.

Organizations face many challenges in the current unpredictable and changing business in which superiority in competition is one of their main goals. In this trend, the field of production has moved towards a paradigm called "Agile Production". If an organization wants to be agile, it must shorten the workflow of the process and provide the conditions for saving time. If a hospital is agile, it can respond when faced with internal and external changes and compete with other hospitals and provide appropriate and fast services to patients. Today, hospitals are currently trying to continuously evaluate their performance due to the increasing advancement of technology. A method in evaluating the performance of the organization is the Balanced Score Card (BSC) approach. In this, indicators measure the desired goals in the organization in four aspects of Internal process, Growth and Learning, Financial and Customer. In this approach, important aspects of sustainable development are ignored , therefore, the new method of Sustainable Balanced Score Card (SBSC) is used to evaluate the performance, which takes into account the environmental index. This study aimed to determine the factors that can be important for evaluating agility in the hospital and then classify them based on the perspectives of SBSC. In the next step, using a questionnaire and statistical hypothesis test, the effectiveness of these factors was confirmed. Then, the importance of each perspective in the field of agility was determined by hierarchical analysis, and this model was presented using the scoring method. Accordingly, the "Economic" index had the highest priority and the "Environmental" index had the lowest priority. Due to the high importance of the Economic index, suggestions were made, the most important of which is the use of long-term loans for the promotion and development of hospitals, effective cooperation, and the use of various insurance services of insurance organizations, considering inventory and tools. , Equipment, essential devices in the warehouse for greater efficiency. Regarding the innovation of this research, we can refer to the evaluation of agility from the perspective of the scorecard by considering the criterion of stability in the hospital.

Organizational anomie (OA) is defined as the lack of law, as well as violations or weaknesses in the implementation of laws and norms in the organization, which can have detrimental effects on the performance of the organization and its members. The main focus of this study is to establish and validate an organizational anomie scale that can be employed to implement and operate this tool in field studies. The present research is applied-exploratory in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. To conduct this research, issues related to organizational anomie using factor analysis approach and content analysis method of scientific texts as well as from the perspective of qualified and experienced thinkers and experts and a researcher-made questionnaire on organizational anomie in COVID-19 pandemic are analyzed. it placed. Completed by experts and managers. The reliability coefficient of the test was calculated to be 0.85 using Cronbach's alpha test. Exploratory factor analysis of organizational questions revealed that the components of this questionnaire may explain more than 78.512 % of the desired variance. After one rotation of Varimax factors, the correlation between each item with each component was determined in the best situation and accordingly, twelve components were selected and extracted with the most weight: conflicting goals of the individual and organization, weakness in communication, standard selection ,ambiguity in goals, level of trustworthiness, negative attitude of employees towards themselves, feeling useless, understanding justice, weak control, common norms, organizational indifference, lack of socialization. According to the research findings, it can be concluded that organizational anomie is a multidimensional concept with many dimensions and components and cannot be studied with limited dimensions and components.

Introduction: The use of resilience engineering principles is a commonly used method for the assessment of crisis management in hospitals as a part of the health system. The present study aimed to evaluate crisis management based on the seven principles of resilience engineering in selected hospitals affiliated to Yazd University of Medical Sciences in 2021. Methods: In this study, a crisis management evaluation questionnaire based on the seven principles of resilience engineering in hospitals was used. The reliability and validity of this questionnaire were confirmed by Azadian et al. in a previous study. The required data were collected from administrative and clinical managers and nurses. The mean score of the seven principles was obtained, making it possible to compare crisis management in all three selected hospitals (Shahid Sadoughi, Afshar, and Shahid Rahnamoun) in Yazd. Findings: The mean score of resilience engineering principles was determined, and the overall crisis management score of each hospital was determined. The mean scores of crisis management were calculated at 136.53, 135.23, and 132.07 out of a total score of 220 in Shahid Sadoughi, Shahid Rahnamoun, and Afshar hospitals. Nonetheless, the mean score in flexibility and preparedness components in some hospitals was below 0.6 of the total score. Conclusion: The situation of crisis management in all three hospitals was evaluated to be at a good level. However, some corrective measures were required to be implemented in some components to improve crisis management in all three hospitals. It is necessary to take appropriate measures to enhance the preparedness of the three hospitals in different aspects of crisis management, especially flexibility, to arrive at a more favorable level
