The Influence of Knowledge Generation on Organizational Creativity in CASNOS Foundation(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

This study aims to test the relationship between knowledge generation and organizational creativity. The second method was surveyed (analytical) using exploratory research through the survey as a data collection tool. The validity coefficient was measured as a reasonable degree of stability was obtained for a sample of (46) individuals. The data was analyzed using statistical package (SPSS V25). Descriptive Statistic Among the findings is that CASNOS has a medium level of the knowledge generation process, and there is a statistically significant effect of knowledge generation on the organizational innovation of CASNOS (El-Oued), according to the dimensions adopted in the study model.

Identification of Factors Affecting the Willingness toward Shared Clothing Consistent with Sustainability Objectives in the Clothing Industry(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

  Today, fashion as the most dominant consumption phenomenon, has led to consumerism lifestyle, which is considered as the most harmful lifestyle regarding environmental destruction. Now, the most important question in the future is how can lifestyles be directed to survival and continuity? Sustainable development with the slow-fashion movement in the clothing industry seeks to change the social attitude towards consumption. Hence, the present study has focused on the capabilities and challenges of shared clothing as one of the strategies of sustainable development in the field of clothing for the consumption, under the cultural conditions of our country, using the survey-field method. The statistical population of this study included 300 women aged 18-40 years in Tehran, who were selected by random sampling method. The tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire questions were designed in two parts of the audience's preferences regarding sharing and shareability in the form of 14 open and closed questions. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) using SPSS 22 . The results revealed that 55% of the respondents were willing to share clothing with others and 45% were not. Respondents who agreed with sharing were also asked about the criteria for sharing, where 67% of sharing was in the form of donation and charity, followed by an average of 59% of helping protect the environment. Also, at 95% confidence level, a significant relationship was found between degree of education and environmental protection.

The Discursive Psychology Perspective on the Hope Discourse and Sharing Issue(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Aim: The present study aims to investigate the discursive practice and rhetoric of hope in higher and lower-sharing people. Method: participants comprised 17 mothers married for 10 to 25 years with at least two children selected through purposive sampling. The present research was conducted with a qualitative approach and an interpretive paradigm. In-depth interviews were used to collect data and data analysis was done using discursive analysis. In order to discourse analyze in the field of discursive psychology, the discursive practice and rhetoric of the hope discourse and sharing were investigated. Findings: Higher-sharing participants enjoyed a wider discourse scope and higher dynamic and active relationships. They cared about the family environment peace, the harmony of spouses in their life route, raising children, and providing a suitable environment for their development, and used rhetoric that were harmonious and appropriate to the content in their words and behavior. Conclusion: Higher-sharing participants enjoyed a more hopeful rhetoric than the lower-sharing participants.
