Purpose: The aim of this study was to design a combination learning model in technical and vocational education. Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and exploratory (quantitative and qualitative) in terms of implementation method. The research population was in the qualitative part of documents and resources and specialists in the field of combined learning and in the quantitative part were the principals and students of technical and vocational schools in Zanjan province in the academic year 2018-19. The sample of research was in the qualitative part of documents and resources related to combined learning and 17 experts in the field of learning who were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation by sampling method of network experts and in the quantitative part were 176 administrators and students who according to Krejcie and Morgan table with Cluster sampling method was selected. Data were collected by filing methods, interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire (39 items) whose face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and its reliability was obtained by Cronbach's alpha method of 0.81. Qualitative data were analyzed by open and axial coding method based on Klein model and quantitative data were analyzed by Delphi methods to determine the validation of the model and t-test. Finding: The results showed that combined learning in technical and vocational education included 43 basic concepts and 9 structural concepts including learning objectives, learning content, learning activities, learning strategies, grouping, learning materials and resources, learning time, learning location and evaluation. The combined learning model of design and its validity by experts with Delphi method was approved in two stages and the number of basic concepts was reduced from 43 to 39. The results of t-test also showed that technical readiness and readiness of human factors combined learning had an effective role in technical and vocational education. Conclusion: According to the results, the designed model of combined learning approved by experts can be used in combined learning environments in technical and professional organizations and can be a criterion for future research in this organization.

The main goal of the current research was to design a learning model using the characteristic of the structural approach in a blended learning environment in high school. This research is practical and theoretical in terms of purpose, and a qualitative and quantitative sequential mixed research method has been used. To do this research, the first question of the research was answered by studying and reviewing the available texts, documents and written sources and using the literature and research background and scientific sources. To answer the second question, Meyering and Delphi content analysis technique was used. In the first stage, the answer to the second question was obtained by using the qualitative study method, the content analysis technique of Meyering, and the desired components were extracted and used as a complement to the Delphi method. In the second stage, a panel of participants was formed using the snowball sampling technique, and the relevant experts were selected, and after presenting various questionnaires and conducting interviews, the desired components and indicators were selected and confirmed by the experts.Next, to answer the third question of the research, in order to validate the designed model, the Reigeluth questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha were applied to measure its reliability. Also, Kendall's coefficient of concordance was used to determine the level of consensus in the Delphi method. In order to check the content validity, the index model (CVI) was used and to determine its general suitability, (S-CVI) applied, and finally, based on the results and taking into consideration the corrections and suggestions of the professors, the final model was designed and approved.

This study explores the impact of dialogue journal writing on the writing performance of English Translation students in both virtual and traditional education at Payame Noor University, Iran. A sample of 150 undergraduate students was selected using convenience sampling. After administering the Oxford Placement Test to ensure homogeneity, 120 students who scored one standard deviation above and below the mean were chosen for the study. These students were divided into two experimental groups and two control groups. The study employed a pre-test/post-test design using writing tests to measure changes in performance. Peyton's guidelines were followed to ensure consistent dialogue journal writing entries. Analysis showed a significant increase in the writing performance among students who engaged in dialogue journal writing in both virtual and traditional education. The findings confirm that dialogue journal writing effectively enhances writing skills among virtual students more than traditional students. Language teachers can use this method to boost student engagement and improve writing skills, especially in virtual learning contexts. Future research should investigate the effects of dialogue journal writing on different demographics and other language skills. These insights highlight the potential of dialogue journal writing as a valuable tool for language teachers to improve educational outcomes in language classrooms.
