The aim of this research is designing the Causal Impulse Model to create a positive brand image in the dairy industry. The present research is applicable in terms of purpose, descriptive-exploratory in terms of research type, gauging in terms of collecting the data, quantitative- qualitative in terms of the kind of data, and sectional in terms of time horizons (data gathering time).Communication Method based on asking respondents has been used as the method of this research. Measurement tools in this research are interviews and questionnaires. This research includes interviewing experts and a questionnaire for assessing the views of consumers and experts who are ranked according to the Likert Scale. As this study consists of two stages, it has two statistical populations. The first statistical population includes experts, therefore, the managers of dairy producing companies were selected and we did semi-structured interviews with them. The second statistical population consists of customers of dairy products. To determine the sample size of consumers, the Cochran Formula was used. Finally, 373 questionnaires were analyzed. Also, Structural Equation Method and PLS software were used to study the causal relationship between variables. The results of the test of the model showed that the olfactory and tactile senses have a positive and meaningful effect on the positive image of the brand. The number of T for the olfactory sense on the brand image was 2.704 and for the tactile sense on the positive image of the brand it was 4.668. Also, the Effect Rate or the Path Coefficient were respectively 0.139 and 0.24. There was no meaningful effect for other sensory impulses.

Supply chain coordination from supplier selection stages to customer delivery is among the issues creating the most challenges for supply chain management, especially for short-lived and perishable foodstuffs.  The current study aims to identify and rank the factors involved in sustainable supply chain in the dairy industry. In this qualitative research, by reviewing the theoretical literature and surveying specialists and experts, the factors affecting supply chain sustainability and the sustainable supply chain dimensions (i.e., economic, social, and environmental) were identified. The determined factors were then ranked. To this end, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used as a decision-making technique and the targeted snowball sampling method was used for sampling. In the qualitative stage, factors were extracted from open interviews with 15 academic experts active in the field of sustainable development and experts in the dairy industry. The social dimension with a weight of 0.493 was recognized as the most important dimension of the sustainable supply chain according to the researchers and experts in the dairy industry. After that, the economic dimension with a weight of 0.314 was in the second rank, and finally, the environmental dimension with a weight of 0.193 was third in rank.

Presenting a Paradigm Model of Green washing based on the Grounded Theory Approach(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

تعداد بازدید : ۱۶۶ تعداد دانلود : ۱۹۳
Greenwashing is considered as a deliberate and conscious deception of the consumer in relation to the environmental activities of an organization or the environmental benefits of a product, which has adverse consequences for various groups, including consumers, stakeholders and the environment, therefore, the purpose of this article was to analyze the different angles of greenwashing in the real context of the companies active in the dairy industry, as well as to identify and explain this phenomenon. The philosophy of this research is interpretive, its approach is qualitative, and the strategy used is grounded theory based on the emergent approach. The studied community included managers and activists of the dairy industry and related organizations, 15of whom were selected through purposive sampling until reaching theoretical saturation, and the research data was collected through semi-structured interviews. In order to check the strength of the research, the four criteria of reliability, transferability, reliability and verifiability have been used. The relevant data analysis has been done using MAXQDA software and open, central and selective coding processes, and during continuous comparison, 427codes, 27concepts, 11categories and 2categories have been obtained. which has led to the emergence of the final model of research around the central category under the title of "companies greenwashing actions" model. The mentioned model includes the causes and results related to the central category of the research. In general, this study, by explaining the greenwashing measures theory, has provided the necessary platform for understanding this category of measures as well as their control and prevention.
