Agent-Based Model Developed to Assess Supply Chain Agility (Case Study: Institute of Higher Education, Science and Research Branch of Tehran)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Agility of the supply chain is one of the main challenges in organizations which acting in a dynamic and complex environment, which they have to be able to answer to customers quickly. But the agility of supply chain is influenced by different agents. Using the model based on agent, this study has tried to simulate the agility of supply chain in an institute of higher education. There are three impressive elements are used in this model called as: smooth, offender and fault case, which those are also categorized in two groups impressive and impressible. There is a model is designed by using NETLOGO software which examines the impression and impressibility on each other. After executing the model at the case studied university at point of Time-769, the organization’s improvement will be possible in the best estate. All offender elements are reduced at this point.

Presenting the Cultural Leadership Pattern in Iranian Educational Organizations Using Content Analysis Technique(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Cultural leadership plays a vital role in more effective management and leadership of organizations. As a result, this paper aimed to provide a cultural leadership pattern in Iranian educational organizations using content analysis technique. Methodology : This study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of execution method. The research population consisted of experts in the field of culture and management of educational organizations in Iran in 2019. According to the principle of theoretical saturation, 22 subjects were selected as sample with the purposive sampling method. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, whose validity was confirmed by triangulation method and its reliability was calculated to be 0.82 by the inter-coder agreement method. Finally, the data were analyzed based on open, axial and selective coding using the content analysis technique. Findings : Results showed that cultural leadership in Iranian educational organizations had 129 open codes or indicators, 25 axial codes or concepts, and 3 selective codes or categories. The category of individual competencies includes 13 concepts of cultural strategic thinking, cultural intelligence, cultural analysis skills, ethical orientation, fairness, jihadi spirit, rule of law, excellence, belief in cultural citizenship, managerial intelligence, charisma, self-management and artistry, the category of interpersonal competencies includes 3 concepts of creating cooperation culture, emotional and trust-building leadership and management of relationships with others and the category of organizational competencies including 9 concepts of cultural diversity management, cultural integration, equal access to cultural services, management of organizational values and beliefs, management of organizational cultural heritage, organizational traditionalism, cultural influence, cultural symbolization and cultural change agility. Finally, according to the identified categories and concepts, a cultural leadership pattern in Iranian educational organizations was designed. Conclusion : According to the results, some programs can be designed and implemented to improve the categories and concepts identified for the cultural leadership model in educational organizations to improve cultural leadership.

Evaluating the Relationship between the Categories of the Obstacle Model of Creating Iraqi Learning Organizations (Case Study of Al-Qadisiyah and Kufa Universities)(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Obstacles of creating learning organization cause a sharp decline in the performance of organizations, especially in educational organizations. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the categories of the obstacle model of creating learning organizations. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive from type of correlation. The research population were professors from Al-Qadisiyah and Kufa universities of Iraq with number 720 people and with using Cochran's formula, the sample size was estimated to be 251 people, which this number were selected by available sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire of barriers to obstacle of creating learning organizations with 69 questions, which data obtained its implementation were analyzed by methods of exploratory factor analysis and partial least squares in SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings: The findings showed that the factor load of all questions was higher than 0.50 and significant, and the correlation coefficients of the categories of causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, central phenomenon, strategies and consequences were less than 0.45, and indicating their non-overlapping. Also, content validity ratio and Cronbach and combined reliability of the categories were estimated higher than 0.70 and 0.80, respectively. In addition, according to the indicators of commonality and redundancy, the obstacle model of creating learning organizations had a good fit and the effect of causal conditions, contextual conditions and intervening conditions on central phenomenon, the effect of central phenomenon on strategies and the effect of strategies on outcomes were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The designed obstacle model of creating learning organizations can help to university officials in designing programs to remove obstacle of creating learning organizations
