Translation of the Holy Qur'an has always been a problematic and difficult issue in Islamic theology. However, what challenges this great task, apart from different translation types such as literal and free translation, is a lack of the methodology of translation. This article aims improving the ability of translating the Holy Qur'an especially for those young scholars who wish to carry these Islamic teachings to the English-speaking countries. Next, the paper clarifies the principles and distinctive features of each choice. This research is actually the result of a term-long discussion in Hawzah Language Center of Qom about the way of translating the Holy Qur'an. It shows the way of making an acceptable translation, examining the viewpoints of Surah Al-Fātiha translators, by selecting the most suitable English equivalent for each word, with the reasons for every choice and preference. Furthermore, this study covers the religious vocabulary of the Holy Book as well as literary issues and at the end the extra points related to the Surah Al-Fātiha.

In order to achieve peace, humanity has believed in all kinds of recitations and rituals in rituals, rituals, emerging mysticisms, etc., and has remained completely faithful to it. Research findings will show that from the perspective of Quranic teachings, what makes peace more stable and lasting, in addition to believing in Quranic teachings, acting on psychological arrays such as kindness to people, love for people and empathy. In many verses, the Holy Qur'an expresses the joy and happiness caused by goodness, respect and love for others, the cause of eternal peace and security, and this prescription is a way for all humanity to be saved from confusion, surprise and anxiety in addition to To follow the teachings of the Qur'an is to perform righteous deeds such as benevolence to the people. The method of realization in this research is qualitative and the studies are based on library research and the use of Quranic verses.

Today, hermeneutics and its related debates in the field of the Qur’an are discussed more than past. This research tries to investigate the relationship between hermeneutics and the Qur’an or the method of understanding the Qur’an in two general and special areas, and the questions that: What is the general and special understanding of the Qur’an and what are the criteria for a specific understanding of the Qur’an?<br /><br />Gathering materials in this research is in the form of a library and the method in this research is descriptive and analytical.<br /><br />After the investigations, it became clear that this is not true to consider every understanding correct in philosophical hermeneutics.<br /><br />Also, the Qur’an has levels of understanding, the types of which were mentioned in the article; moreover special understanding of the Qur’an has outward and inward manners. Performing ablution and keeping the mouth clean, etc., are outward manners, and the word of God, knowing the Qur’an, thinking about it, etc. are inward manners. Also, there are rules and criteria for a special understanding of the Qur’an, which can be considered the hermeneutics of the Qur’an.
