شفافیت سود و خط مشی پرداخت سود(مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر شفافیت سود بر سیاست پرداخت سود سهام است. در این راستا، نمونه ای متشکل از 105 شرکت از شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران طی دوره زمانی 1391 تا 1398 مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفت. برای آزمون فرضیه از رگرسیون چند متغیره، و برای تحلیل های آماری از نرم افزار ایویوز استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که شفافیت سود با پرداخت سود سهام، رابطه منفی و معناداری دارد. نتایج با تئوری علامت دهی همسو بود. مدیران در مورد چشم انداز شرکت ها در مقایسه با خارج از ذی نفعان شرکت، اطلاعات بیشتری دارند و بنابراین از سود سهام نقدی برای انتقال اطلاعات خصوصی خود به بازار استفاده می کنند. شفافیت سود با کاهش عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی، نقش سود سهام نقدی به عنوان یک مکانیزم علامت دهی پرهزینه را تضعیف می کند.

بررسی نقش ساختار هیأت مدیره بر رابطه بین ویژگی های کمیته حسابرسی و کیفیت اطلاعات مالی(مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین ویژگی های کمیته حسابرسی و کیفیت اطلاعات مالی در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. در این راستا، نقش ساختار هیأت مدیره بر رابطه بین ویژگی های کمیته حسابرسی و کیفیت اطلاعات مالی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. به همین منظور، از معیارهای استقلال هیأت مدیره، اندازه هیأت مدیره و دوگانگی مدیرعامل و رئیس هیأت مدیره جهت اندازه گیری ساختار هیأت مدیره استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران هستند و نمونه شامل 143 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. از تحلیل آماری رگرسیون خطی چند متغیره برای آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان دهنده آن است که بین ویژگی های کمیته حسابرسی و کیفیت اطلاعات مالی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، از میان متغیرهای ساختار هیأت مدیره، تنها متغیر اندازه هیأت مدیره دارای نقش تعدیل کنندگی بر رابطه بین ویژگی های کمیته حسابرسی و کیفیت اقلام تعهدی است.

شناسایی و رتبه بندی انگیزه های دنبال کردن تیم های ورزشی در اینستاگرام بر اساس نظریه لذت و استفاده (نمونه مورد مطالعه: تیم پرسپولیس تهران)(مقاله پژوهشی دانشگاه آزاد)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی انگیزه های دنبال کردن تیم های ورزشی در اینستاگرام بر اساس نظریه لذت و استفاده (نمونه مورد مطالعه: تیم پرسپولیس تهران) بود. تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و کلیه دانشجویان هوادار تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس در دانشگاه کردستان که صفحه رسمی باشگاه پرسپولیس را در اینستاگرام را دنبال می کردند به عنوان جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شدند که از این تعداد 400 نفر بصورت در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل پرسشنامه 18 سوالی انگیزه های دنبال کنندگان صفحات شبکه های اجتماعی سازمان های ورزشی بود. به منظور بررسی روایی صوری پرسشنامه از نظرات اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و برای بررسی روایی محتوایی از مدل لاوشه و همسانی درونی آنها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. از نرم افزار آماری SPSS و از روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون رتبه بندی فریدمن، یو من ویتنی) به منظور تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد انگیزه های اطلاعات، حمایت تیم، سرگرمی، دانش فنی، گذر زمان و فرار از زندگی به ترتیب برای دنبال کنندگان تیم های ورزشی در اینستاگرام اولویت دارند. مدیران و مسئولین محتوای اینستاگرام تیم ها می بایست با آگاهی از نیازها، انگیزه ها و دلایل دنبال کنندگان در شبکه های اجتماعی، اقدام به تولید محتوای متناسب نموده تا موجبات برآورده شدن نیازهای دنبال کنندگان شده و درک لذت و تجربه بیشتری را برای آنان فراهم کرده و رضایتمندی آنان را کسب نمایند.

One Step Closer to the Theorization of Berman’s Retranslation Hypothesis: Analysis of Farsi (Re)translations of The Little Prince

The widespread phenomenon of ‘retranslation’ that has become prevalent in the world refers to subsequent translations of a text or part of a text, carried out after the initial translation that introduced this text to the ‘same’ target language. Translation Studies scholars have strived to formulate hypotheses for re-translation. In 1990, Berman put forward the Retranslation Hypothesis in which he hypothesized that the earlier re-translations of a work depart from the source language and are more in line with the target language and culture over time. This hypothesis, in some cases, has been confirmed or partially confirmed, and in some others, disapproved. Thus, to confirm or reject the Retranslation Hypothesis more significantly, and push it forward to theorization, it must be (re)examined in different languages. Therefore, this study aimed to revisit the hypothesis by examining the Persian re-translations of the novel The Little Prince. The results of the study were largely in line with the hypothesis and proved that earlier translations follow more closely the norms of target language and culture, and later ones are closer to the source text and culture. The study ultimately serves as another piece of the puzzle for the Retranslation Hypothesis to approach a theory.

Exploring Rhetoric of Motives in Ali Smith’s Political Novel Autumn

In his political novel, Autumn , Ali Smith has implicitly integrated family life with political matrices of British-European relations. In this study, Autumn was investigated in light of Kenneth Burke's notions of identification, substance, symbolism, and imagination known as rhetoric of motives. Identification refers to identifying with characters having some components or substances in common. Rhetoric of motives refers to the application of terms with persuasive function that move people into action. The themes of Ali Smith's Autumn are in congruity with Kenneth Burke’s theoretical ideas represented as theme of love to explain illogical coupling of a young woman and an old man that recalls England and Europe/EU interconnection and mismatching relations. This study explored how the rhetoric and dialect of Smith that have symbolic meanings and functions is motivating through identification with characters. Burke believes that through rhetoric of motives and grammar of motives it is possible to create protagonists that people can easily identify with to persuade them into action based on their intended political views. Through rhetoric of motives by the seasonal novel via identification, symbolism, and imagination, Smith indirectly portrays the political event of Brexit (British Exit) and its consequences in British society.

The Effect of Flipped Learning Pattern (FLP) in Terms of Problem-Based Teaching Approach (PBTA) on Applicants’ Self-Directed Learning (SDL) Towards the English Courses

This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Flipped Learning Pattern (FLP) in terms of the Problem-Based Teaching Approach (PBTA) on the participants’ self-management, desire for learning, and self-control in learning English. The research design was quasi-experimental using pre-test and post-test. The participants were selected via cluster sampling from the English learners enrolled in Aladdin center in the 2018-2020 academic year. They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups (n=320). To collect the data, the self-directed learning questionnaire of Fisher, King, and Tague (2001) was used. The questionnaire contains 52 items and three subscales of self-management, desire for learning, and self-control. Findings showed that there was a significant difference in the effect of the method on three subscales of self-directed learning in the experimental and control groups. The results indicated that the value and acceptability of the pattern improve self-directed learning; and choosing the right teaching method with conscious design will have a great impact on learners’ high levels of learning English skills. Therefore, follow-up studies are necessary to investigate further the application of FLP in terms of PBTA in various lessons.

Analysis of Postmodern Elements in Two Persian Translations of Slaughterhouse-Five by Kurt Vonnegut

The present study aimed to analyze the postmodern features of Slaughterhouse-Five , authored by Kurt Vonnegut, and its two Persian translations by Bahrami and Abbasi. To this end, Lewis’s classification of postmodern features (2011) and Parham’s model (2015) were employed. The features investigated in this study were temporal disorder, fragmentation, vicious circles, paranoia, reader involvement, polyvocality, pastiche, and intertextuality. The results indicated that most postmodern features were preserved in both translations. However, the absence of several fragmentations and intertextuality features in Persian translations can imply the translators' unawareness of the significance of translating these features. To translate these features into the target text, translators should be aware of their impacts on the text, content, and audience. To translate postmodern features more precisely, it is suggested that postmodern features be taken into consideration by literary translators and translator trainers. The findings of this research can have implications for literary translators, and literary translation classrooms.

A SWOT Analysis of Instagram English Teaching Pages

In recent years social networking sites have affected almost all aspects of our lives. The Instagram social network has become popular among people, and there are lots of pages on this social media, which are explicitly presenting English materials to their followers. This non-experimental descriptive study aimed to determine the strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of English teaching pages on Instagram . Twelve English teaching pages were observed due to their high number of followers to discover the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. To provide more fruitful points for the SWOT analysis, ten active Instagram users were interviewed. They were asked to fill out a SWOT analysis written interview about Instagram English teaching pages. The interpretative approach and frequency and percentage were used to analyze the data, owing to the nature of the gathered data in this research. Employing the results of this study, admins of English teaching pages can take a forward step to make their pages more beneficial and more effective in the process of English teaching. The findings can also help those scholars or teachers who want to use Instagram to present their services. Being aware of the effectiveness of English teaching pages helps language learners be more cautious about selecting them as a source of learning English.

On Translation of Implicatures in Croskery’s English Translations of Morādi Kermāni’s Stories for Children

Implicatures are the implied meanings that people communicate to their listeners. They may differ from one culture to another, making translations more challenging. The purpose of this study was to examine how implicatures were treated in the English translations of Persian texts and the extent of pragmatic equivalence. To this end, implicatures in four Persian children's stories written by Hooshang Morādi Kermāni were identified and compared to their English translations, translated by Caroline Croskery. The Gricean Cooperation Principle served as the theoretical framework of the study, and four maxims of quality, quantity, relation, and manner were used to analyze implicatures. Chesterman’s strategies of pragmatic equivalence were also used to determine the strategies used in translation. According to the results, the translator was largely successful in achieving pragmatic equivalence. Additionally, literal translation, explicitness, equivalence strategy, and illocutionary change were found to be used more commonly than the other pragmatic strategies. The findings of this study could have benefits for translators to deal with pragmatic issues and for syllabus designers to create more practical content.

Gender-Specific Charactonyms in Persian Translation of John Bunyan’s The Pilgrim's Progress

The present research aimed to investigate gender-specific charactonyms and their meanings in Persian Translations of John Bunyan’s (1678) The Pilgrim's Progress. It also aimed to reveal translation strategies applied by both translators in their translations, Siyahat-i Masihi (‘سیاحت مسیحی’) by J. L. Potter in 1926 and Seir-o Solouk-i Za’ir (‘سیر و سلوک زائر’) by Golnaz Hamedi in 2002. To do so, SL gender-specific charactonyms and TL equivalents were compared together at Evelyn Hatch’s (1992) macro-level analysis. According to Hatch (1992), characters, as one of the elements of a story, play a significant role and affect the macrostructure of the story. Then, Alexander Kalashnikov’s (2011) two types of charactonyms were used to analyze the translations. The results show that Potter preferred to preserve the titles of gender (masculine and feminine) in his translation. In contrast, Hamedi more tended to distance the gender of the charactonyms having deeper meanings. This led to affect the novel due to the omission of the characteristics and additional information behind the charactonyms.

Process of Vision Development with a Resilience Approach for Earthquake-stricken Neighborhoods of Shiroodi and Fooladi after Sarpol-e Zahab Earthquake in 2017(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

INTRODUCTION: The rapid population growth and fast-paced development of urban texture have given rise to unwise decisions which can be only prevented by strategic management of city neighborhoods based on a vision in accordance with the common values of society. The vision development aims at determining the position a neighborhood strives to reach. In the meantime, disaster-stricken areas have a special position, considering reconstruction as a golden opportunity. The present article aimed to develop a vision for Shiroodi and Fooladi neighborhoods in Sarpol-e Zahab after the 1396 earthquake in Kermanshah province. METHODS: The present applied research was conducted based on a descriptive-analytical design. To this end, situation assessment was firstly performed in both strategic and local domains based on urban systems. For each system, the table of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) was prepared. Moreover, combining different layers, a vulnerability map and an integrated SWOT analysis map were obtained. Finally, based on these maps, field observations, interviews with residents, and expert opinions, a vision statement was presented and the necessary policies were formulated. FINDINGS: Based on the obtained results, the strengths, and opportunities, such as quick access to the main artery and the presence of barren lands, have a resilient state in response to disasters. On the other hand, weaknesses, and threats, such as construction on agricultural lands or the narrow passages, are among the factors that highlight the need to select a vision with a resilient approach to future disasters. CONCLUSION: As evidenced by the research of the study, the first stage of visioning must be based on urban systems, such as land use, movement and access, physical form, and landscape urbanism. In this regard, a vision needs to assess resilience at different physical, environmental, social, and economic levels. Furthermore, this vision should lead to the presentation of some instructions, such as the obtainment of a checkered texture, expansion of green spaces, reduction of enclosures, as well as safety in infrastructure and networks, to increase the resilience of the target neighborhood after the earthquake.

INTRODUCTION: Throughout history, humans have always been prone to diverse experiences with different consequences. Consequently, a wide range of reactions is inevitable due to the different effects of these events on each person despite the same conditions. Therefore, it is indispensable to manage the physical and mental impacts of these events based on their magnitude. The present study aimed to assess the role of learning positive personality traits in the promotion of generational resilience and health. METHODS: This applied research was conducted based on a comparative-causal design. The statistical population included 98 female high school students in Kerman who were selected by purposive sampling. The NEO Personality Inventory (Costa & McCrae, 1985), the General Health Questionnaire (Goldberg, 1997), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience scale (CD-RISC) (2003) were used to collect the needed data. Data analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitney test and regression analysis. FINDINGS: Based on the obtained results, learning exerted a significant effect on the promotion of the studied variables. Awareness and training on these strategies would be of great help in the development and improvement of resilience and health, as well as purposeful management of emotions in emergencies in people of all ages, especially the youth. CONCLUSION: As evidenced by the results of the present study, it can be concluded that learning and developing positive personality traits significantly reinforce them and lead to the enhancement of the resilience and health of the next generation.

The Effectiveness of Psychological Interventions in the Well-Being of Adolescents Surviving Natural Disasters in East Azerbaijan Province(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

INTRODUCTION: Given that Iran is among the top five earthquake-prone countries in the world and no region of the country is safe from unforeseen crises, raising awareness regarding the victims' mental health issues is one of the top priorities limiting the extent of problems and subsequent consequences. The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of psychological interventions in the well-being of adolescents surviving natural disasters as opposed to regular individuals. METHODS: The study population in the present cross-sectional comparative study consists of high school students (13–18 years old) from the earthquake-stricken village of Sarand in East Azerbaijan Province, and normal students from Zarnaq in the same province. They were assessed through the total population sampling method. The data collection tool utilized was a questionnaire (Ryff) to assess anxiety and depression. Data is analyzed and screened by measures of central tendency (mean and standard deviation) for the first section of variables. In the second section, the analysis of variance (ANOVA) was employed to test the research questions. FINDINGS: The earthquake group achieved the lowest and highest mean scores in the aspects of environmental mastery (9.46), personal growth (10.93), and purpose in life (10.90), respectively. In the Non-Affected group, the lowest mean score is associated with paranoia (2.25) and the highest mean score is linked to anxiety (3.86). The post-test revealed the lowest mean score in the control group was related to autonomy (11.09), and the highest mean score pertained to personal growth (14.38). The scores are normally distributed in all dimensions. Eventually, the obtained data indicated that the psychological interventions performed for the benefit of the disaster-stricken group were significantly more than the group that was not subjected to psychological interventions. However, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of sex. CONCLUSION: Providing post-crisis social psychosocial support programs for adolescents consolidates cognitive and behavioral rehabilitation, diminishes stress and vulnerability, enriches relationships with peers, decreases psychosomatic disorders caused by the crisis, and modifies social performance. Moreover, spending time with their peers, family members, and relatives ameliorates various disorders and issues.

Presenting a Model of Organizational Insentience in the Red Crescent Society(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

INTRODUCTION: Organizational insentience has been one of the main challenges in recent years and refers to a situation in which employees of the organization have become indifferent to their organizational environment. This study aimed to design a model for dealing with organizational insentience in the Iranian Red Crescent Society. METHODS: In this qualitative study, after investigating the phenomenon of organizational insentience and reviewing the theoretical foundations, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts, managers, and masters in the Red Crescent Society. Theoretical saturation was achieved after conducting 21 interviews. Subsequently, the data obtained from the interviews were analyzed through grounded theory and qualitative coding (open, axial, and selective coding). FINDINGS: The findings showed that the main axial theme in this study was organizational insentience, and six themes of senselessness toward the concept of work, double standards, accountability, organizational discrimination, lack of strategic management procedures, and inability to implement policies were the requirements for dealing with organizational insentience, which were coded under the theme of causal conditions. In addition, such factors as decent governance, strengthening the psychological dimension, building trust, strengthening staff's skills, organizational independence, strengthening innovation and creativity, justice, supportive behavior, and supportive environment were selected as the main strategies to deal with organizational insentience. CONCLUSION: It seems that the dominant organizational culture, along with management style and type of communication within the organization, has the main effect on the issue of organizational insentience

Designing a spirituality-based work ethic model in the workplace in the Tehran Crisis Management Organization(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

Introduction: One of the factors that can create the necessary commitment among employees for the success of the organization is the prevailing atmosphere of the organization. In other words, a proper atmosphere and favorable moral climate help to improve performance, achieve goals, and maintain communication in the organization and play a vital role in the performance of the organization (in any field of work). Therefore, this study aimed to explain and design a spirituality-based work ethic model in the workplace in the Crisis Management Organization, Tehran, Iran. Method: This applied research was conducted based on a mixed methodology. The statistical population of this study in the qualitative part consisted of 128 directors of Tehran Crisis Management Organization in 2020-2021, reaching saturation with 19 people. Moreover, the statistical population of this study in the quantitative part included the staff of Tehran Crisis Management Organization in 2020-2021, among which 250 samples were selected based on Cochran's formula. The samples were chosen using stratified random sampling method and the instruments employed in the qualitative and quantitative parts were an exploratory and semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire, respectively. The collected data were analyzed in MAXQDA-2020 software and AMOS-26 software in the qualitative and quantitative parts, respectively. The AMOS software was used to measure the structural equation modeling and analyze the model fit indices. Findings: According to the findings, the work ethic model was based on spirituality in the workplace. In this model, ethical commitment, professional commitment, and relationship commitment were considered causal conditions of spirituality-based work ethic in the workplace in the Crisis Management Organization. Moreover, organizational ethical climate, Islamic ethical culture, ethical leadership, and ethical and Islamic education were respectively considered a pivotal phenomenon, interactive strategies, intervening conditions, and contextual variables of spirituality-based work ethic in the workplace in the Crisis Management Organization. Conclusion: The results of showed that all the reviewed indices were accepted to evaluate the fit of the modified structural model of the research. Given this, it can be said that the fit of this model was "approved". Furthermore, the total effect values of contextual variables, causal conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and interactions, and pivotal variables on spirituality-based work ethic in the workplace were obtained at 0.40, 0.51, 0.38, 0.65, and 0.61, respectively. The p-value of < 0.01 was considered significant.

Explanation of Executive Model of IRIB News in Crisis Management(مقاله پژوهشی وزارت بهداشت)

INTRODUCTION: Due to the vulnerability of the country to various disasters and events, the role of directing public opinion, and the attention of the general public and political elites to Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB), the present study aimed to obtain and explain an executive model of IRIB news in crisis management. METHODS: This study was conducted based on an applied research method in terms of objective, and it is qualitative research using an exploratory approach in terms of method. The statistical population consisted of experts, managers, and professors of media and crisis (Crescent Society and Crisis Management Organization). The data were collected using a semi-structured in-depth interview technique, and a saturation was observed using a targeted sampling and after 25 interviews. In addition, the Strauss method in grounded theory was applied to analyze the data. Moreover, in the process of theory analysis, MAXQDA (version 2020) was applied, and a total of 120 concepts and 20 categories were identified. FINDINGS: Some categories, such as the unprofessional nature of media, unprofessional coverage of news, biased news organization, lack of media independence, public distrust, and tendency toward alternative media, are the requirements for explaining an executive model of news in crisis management, which are axially coded as causal conditions. In addition, appropriate news coverage, information, analytical programs, people's voice, crisis management principles and organization, education and informing, and culturalization, were the seven main categories selected as the main strategies to develop the model. CONCLUSION: Some categories, such as the improvement of media performance, de-escalation instead of crisis-making, rumor prevention, obtainment of public trust, accountability of officials, organizing and mobilizing human forces, social cohesion, increasing resilience, as well as reconstruction and rehabilitation, are of the consequences of using appropriate strategies to explain IRIB news in crisis management.

بررسی تاثیر توانمندسازی بافت فرسوده شهری بر ارتقای گردشگری بوم گرا؛ نمونه موردی: شهر ساحلی قشم

بی ثباتی در بافت های فرسوده شهری، موضوعی است که توجه بسیاری از محققین را به خود جلب کرده است. به نظر می رسد توانمندسازی بافت های فرسوده از عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء گردشگری و پیشرفت نواحی فرسوده باشد. در تحقیق حاضر، در بخش اول مطالعه، پرسشنامه ای تدوین و در میان کارشناسان و مدیران شهری و گردشگری (شامل 118 نفر) پیمایش گردیده است. سپس، با بهره مندی از روش تحلیل رگرسیون و همبستگی در نرم افزار SPSS به تعیین نقش هر یک از شاخص های استخراج شده توانمندسازی ساکنین بافت فرسوده قشم در جهت توسعه گردشگری بوم گرا پرداخته شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان دادند که شاخص های اقتصادی با نمره 4.15 و پس از آن شاخص فرهنگی با نمره 3.66 بیشترین نقش در توانمندسازی ساکنین بافت فرسوده قشم جهت ارتقای گردشگری بوم گرا را دارند. شاخص های اقتصادی و فرهنگی با ضرایب 0.631 و 0.601 بیشترین همبستگی از نظر اثر توانمندسازی ساکنین بافت فرسوده بر ارتقای سطح گردشگری بوم گرا در قشم را از خود نشان داده اند. همچنین، معیارهای اقتصادی و فرهنگی به ترتیب با نمره های F=1.91 و F=1.75 بیشترین نقش در توانمندسازی ساکنین بافت فرسوده قشم در جهت ارتقای گردشگری بوم گرا را دارا هستند.

طراحی مدل مهارت های ارتباطی بازخورد شغلی ، قدرت منبع بازخورد و عزت دریافت کننده در بهبود عملکرد شغلی کارشناسان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های پیام نور(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مهارت های ارتباطی بازخورد شغلی ، قدرت منبع بازخورد و عزت دریافت کننده در بهبود عملکرد شغلی کارشناسان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های پیام نور بود. پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کارشناسان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه های پیام نور(468 نفر) بود که 248 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد.ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل چهار پرسش نامه عزت نفس سازمانی پیرس و همکاران (1989)، بازخورد شغلی آلدرز(2000)، قدرت منبع بازخورد هینکین و اسچریشیم (1989) و عملکرد شغلی فدور و همکاران(2001) بود. پایایی پرسشنامه ها بالای 75/0 بود . از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف داده ها و در بخش استنباطی از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون ، تحلیل مسیر و روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بازخورد شغلی بر بهبود عملکرد شغلی، قدرت منبع بازخورد وعزت دریافت کننده ، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. قدرت منبع بازخورد بر بهبود عملکرد شغلی و همچنین عزت دریافت کننده نیز بر بهبود عملکرد شغلی، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. قدرت منبع بازخورد و عزت دریافت کننده بازخورد در رابطه بازخورد شغلی و بهبود عملکرد شغلی، نقش میانجی دارد. بنابراین با توجه به تاثیر معناداری تمامی متغیرهای مربوط به مهارت های ارتباطی بر روی بهبود عملکرد شغلی، وبا توجه لازم به عوامل روانی(عزت نفس) و سازمانی (قدرت منبع) بازخورد شغلی ، ضمن اثربخش نمودن و افزایش احتمال پذیرش بازخورد ، می توان عملکرد شغلی کارشناسان تربیت بدنی دانشگاه را بهبود بخشید.

تبیین نقش میانجی رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا در ارتباط بین شوخ طبعی مدیران و خلاقیت کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی ارتباط شوخ طبعی مدیران و خلاقیت کارکنان با نقش میانجی رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام شد. همه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان جامعه آماری را تشکیل دادند (تعداد = 252)  که از بین آن ها 164 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشه ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی از پرسش نامه های شوخ طبعی، رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا و خلاقیت کارکنان استفاده شد. داده ها به کمک روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و آزمون سوبل تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد شوخ طبعی مدیران بر رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا و خلاقیت کارکنان تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری داشت (07/6P > ؛ 62/16P >). همچنین رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا اثری مثبت و مستقیم بر خلاقیت کارکنان داشت (54/2P > ). همچنین نتایج حاصل از بررسی نقش متغیر میانجی نشان داد شوخ طبعی مدیران به واسطه رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا بر خلاقیت کارکنان تأثیر غیرمستقیم و معناداری نداشت (64/1P > ). با توجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر به مسئولان ادارات ورزش و جوانان توصیه می شود از برنامه های تقویت کننده شوخ طبعی و مهارت های روان شناختی مثبت گرا در جهت افزایش سطح خلاقیت کارکنان غافل نشوند و در راستای بهبود خلاقیت از آموزش و تمرین این مهارت ها بهره گیرند.

موانع واگذاری اماکن ورزشی با تاکید بر بند ج اصل 44 قانون اساسی ج.ا.ا(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت بندی موانع واگذاری اماکن ورزشی با تاکید بر بند ج اصل 44 قانون اساسی ج.ا.ا بود. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت و هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ تجزیه و تحلیل و نوع، کیفی-کمی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارشناسان مرتبط با واگذاری اماکن ورزشی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان، سازمان خصوصی سازی، شرکت توسعه و نگهداری اماکن ورزشی، اساتید و پژوهشگران تشکیل دادند. در مرحله اول با انجام 15 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با 24 گویه طراحی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 0.980 به تایید رسید. روایی صوری و محوایی پرسشنامه توسط 11 نفر از اساتید مورد تایید قرار گرفت. سپس پرسشنامه بین 80 نفر تقسیم شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه دوم و آزمون فریدمن با کمک دو نرم افزار Spss 25 و PLS3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد به ترتیب موانع اقتصادی-مالی، فرهنگی-اجتماعی، ساختاری-سازمانی، حقوقی-قانونی و عقیدتی-سیاسی در اولویت های اول تا پنجم قرار می گیرند. در ادامه زیرمولفه های هر یک از موانع نیز رتبه بندی شدند.
