به منظور ارائه چارچوبی برای گزارشگری مالی بانک ها در ایران با نظر به ویژگی های حاکم بر سیستم بانکی از روش پژوهش کیفی و رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه پردازی زمینه بنیان استفاده شد. در ابتدا با اخذ نظرات خبرگان حرفه حسابداری و حسابرسی به بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کیفیت گزارشگری در سیستم بانکی ایران پرداخته شد. در ادامه مدلی شامل شرایط علّی، عوامل مداخله گر و راهبردهای مربوط به کیفیت گزارشگری و پیامدهای آن ارائه گردید. اصلاح ساختار عملیات نظام بانکی، اصلاح ساختار نظارتی بانک مرکزی، آموزش کارکنان، ایجاد ابزارهای اسلامی جدید، اعمال نظارت شرعی، اصلاح قانون عملیات بانکی بدون ربا، ایجاد ابزارهای سیاست پولی منطبق با شریعت و پیاده سازی ضوابط فقهی به عنوان مهم ترین متغیرهای زمینه ساز و عادت، نظریات متفاوت فقها، سفته بازی، صوری بودن فعالیت ها، ضعف های قانونی، ضعف در نظارت شرعی، هزینه بر بودن، مقولة ربا، تفارق قلمرو مباحث دینی با مباحث علمی و تعارض میان نظریه های اقتصاد اسلامی و نظریه های متعارف اقتصادی به عنوان مهم ترین متغیرهای بازدارنده شناخته شد. همچنین بهترین روش برای ارائه بهینة حقوق صاحبان سپرده، دسته بندی سپرده گذاران در طبقه ای جداگانه همانند حقوق صاحبان سهام تشخیص داده شد و به منظور تحقق عدالت و دستیابی سپرده گذاران به حقوق حقه، تبعیت این طبقه از تئوری مالکیت عنوان شد. نتایج معنی داری در پیاده سازی گزارشگری مالی بانک ها در ایران با رویکرد بانکداری اسلامی به دست آمدکه در صورت پیاده سازی مراتب منجر به بهبود عدالت، توزیع مناسب ثروت، بهبود عملکرد، امنیت شغلی، رعایت شرع، ساختار مناسب نظام بانکی، توسعه پایدار اقتصادی و در نهایت اخلاق اسلامی خواهد شد.

This research examines the Iranian digital community's engagement with the Metaverse, analyzing 14,724 tweets (expanding to 48,620 with retweets) from 23,571 unique users. Interest in the Metaverse among Iranians surged in the seven months following Facebook's rebranding but has since waned. A significant link between digital currency discussions and Metaverse topics was observed. Economic activists in the cryptocurrency market, forming the primary content creators, generally portray the Metaverse positively, focusing on earning opportunities. Another active group includes technology enthusiasts who share the latest Metaverse developments. Moreover, some users integrate Iran's socio-political context into their discussions, often contrasting Iran's technological stance with global giants like Facebook and addressing internet censorship. A distinct perspective comes from users wary of potential colonialist uses of technologies like the Metaverse, expressing apprehension about human subjugation. This sentiment forms the basis of most negative views on the Metaverse's development within the Iranian digital sphere.

After a brief description of what fake news is and how it has been developed historically, we have claimed that fake news as we know it is generally a social media phenomenon. Despite the fact that Iran is considered a developing country, and not still a developed one, one might think Iran is less likely to fall prey of complicated fake news industry that negatively affect prosperous and affluent countries. But the vice versa is correct. Doing an extensive survey on previous research on fake news in Iran, we have shown how fake news will hinder unprecedented facilities for freedom of expression and even will make people contemplate giving up their freedom of expression in order to avoid or get rid of fake news. A naïve view could see a bright future for unbiased and disinterested news gathering and publishing, but research has shown in a totally unregulated media sphere, it is fake news that is more radially available and more quickly becoming viral.

This article sheds light on the symbiotic relationship between academics and Google's propagandistic endeavors to normalize the unilateral exploitation of user data. While technology enthusiasts often praise Google's innovations, little attention is given to the company's trajectory from a small start-up to a global behemoth. The authors argue that academia plays a significant role in fostering a sense of gratitude among users for Google's services, despite relinquishing their rights and privacies. Google's substantial financial support for academic conferences and grants to researchers fuels the narrative that its data usage is both legitimate and altruistic. However, this paper reveals instances where Google has exerted pressure on academics to produce favorable articles and penalized those who refused to comply, effectively influencing academic discourse to bolster its image as a benevolent corporation.

We are currently the beneficiaries of the aspirations of our predecessors, who ardently pursued ideals such as safety, access to quality medical care, social justice, and an effective life. Significantly, and particularly pertinent to our discussion here, we have been granted the power of expression. In today's world, virtually anyone can articulate their views on a wide spectrum of social and political subjects. This fundamental right has been so comprehensively realized that even various unelected authorities have been compelled to devise alternative methods to suppress the freedom of speech. On a theoretical level, one might assume that everything is ideally aligned with the visions of our forebears. However, practical reality paints a more ambiguous picture. Some scholars have employed the somewhat disparaging term "slacktivism" to argue that the impact of online engagement in the public sphere may not be as transformative as initially anticipated. While individuals undoubtedly possess the means to voice their opinions, the question arises as to whether online activism has produced substantial change. In this scholarly inquiry, we undertake a critical examination of the efficacy of activism through social media channels and explore strategies for maximizing its potential.

The adoption of unhealthy lifestyles by individuals can lead to the development of various health conditions, including hypertension, high blood fat levels, and diabetes, posing significant risks to their well-being. This study focuses on examining the lifestyle of patients with diabetes and high blood fat levels in the city of "bordekhoon," conducted at Health Care Centers. Diabetes is a global health concern that is rapidly increasing and is associated with substantial costs. By applying data mining techniques, early detection of diabetes can be achieved, which can help prevent the progression of the disease and mitigate complications such as cardiovascular issues, vision problems, and kidney diseases. Nowadays, data mining-based approaches are employed to predict diabetes and hypertension, aiming to enhance early diagnosis accuracy and obtain valuable insights. In this paper, a combination of classification techniques (Ensemble Method) is used to predict and identify two types of diabetes. Factors such as gender, diet, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), physical activity, cigarette consumption, age, genetic predisposition, and body mass index (BMI) are modeled and analyzed using IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software. The accuracy of the employed techniques is ultimately presented.
