Presenting the Model of the Effect of New Means of Communication on Social Security, Emphasizing the Mediating Role of Cultural and Social Threats of Western Media Against the Islamic Republic of Iran(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: Considering the role and importance of social security, this study was conducted with the aim of providing a model of the impact of modern communication tools on social security, emphasizing the mediating role of cultural and social threats of Western media against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Methodology: The present study was a cross-sectional applied research. The research community consisted of 123 officials and activists in the field of social security of related organizations. The sample size was determined based on the table of Krejcie & Morgan, 93 people who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose face validity was confirmed by the opinion of experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method for the entire questionnaire, new means of communication, cultural and social threats, and social security as 0.94, 0.96, 0.95 and 91. 0 was calculated. Data were analyzed by structural equation modeling method in Lisrel software. Findings: The findings showed that the model of the effect of new means of communication on social security with emphasis on the mediating role of cultural and social threats of Western media against the Islamic Republic of Iran had a suitable fit. Also, new means of communication had a direct and significant effect on cultural and social threats and social security, and cultural and social threats on social security. In addition, new means of communication had an indirect and significant effect on social security by mediating cultural and social threats (P<0.05). Conclusion: Considering the effect of variables, it is necessary to plan to increase social security through the adjustment of new means of communication and cultural and social threats.

A Comparative Study of the News Coverage of Hijab Removal in the News Media

Purpose: News media play an important role in attitudes towards various issues, including wearing hijab and its removal. As a result, this paper aimed to compare the news coverage of hijab removal in the news media. Methodology: This study was applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of execution method. The research population was the hijab removal news in the news media of Entekhab (reformist), Fars (fundamentalist), Khabar Online (moderate), BBC Persian Television (affiliated with the United Kingdom) and Voice of America (affiliated with the United states of America) during 2017 and 2018, which were selected through the total population sampling method. The research tool was to observe and record the news of the hijab removal in Persian news media or the Persian section of foreign news media, and the face validity of the information was confirmed by the opinion of experts and its reliability was obtained 0.89 by the inter-coder agreement method. Finally, the data were analyzed with non-parametric chi-square test in SPSS-20. Findings: Results showed that there was a significant difference between Entekhab, Fars, Khabar Online, BBC Persian Television and Voice of America in terms of amount of news, news style, news value, news source, news bias and news type (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the five mentioned media in terms of the headline type (P>0.05). In other words, in terms of the amount of news about the hijab removal, Fars, Khabar Online, BBC Persian Television, Entekhab and Voice of America reported the most news. In terms of news style, Entekhab, Fars, Khabar Online and Voice of America used mostly news style and BBC Persian Television used mostly report style. Also, in terms of news value, Entekhab, BBC Persian Television and Voice of America used encountering value, Fars used the proximity value and Khabar Online used mostly two values of encountering and reputation. In terms of the news source, Entekhab and Fars used the media reporter’s source more, Khabar Online used the domestic news agencies more, BBC and Voice of America used the unknown source frequently. In addition, in terms of the news bias, Entekhab, Fars and Khabar Online used the bias of condemning the event, the BBC used the neutral bias and the Voice of America used the bias of sympathy and support for the event more frequently. In terms of the type of news, Entekhab, Fars and Voice of America mostly used the event-oriented type, and the Khabar Online and BBC Persian Television mostly used the process-oriented type. On the other hand, in terms of the type of headlines, Entekhab, Fars, Khabar Online, BBC Persian Television and Voice of America used more inferential headlines and there was no significant difference among them. Conclusion: The results showed that BBC Persian Television and Voice of America had a more positive view on the phenomenon of hijab removal and mostly reported the news from unknown news sources. The results indicated that the aforementioned news media are harmful to families in terms of the phenomenon of hijab removal.

The Comparative Study of White Marriage News based on Effective News Components in the Persian Section of Al-Alam, Persian BBC and Voice of America News Sites(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of present research was the comparative study of white marriage news based on effective news components in the Persian section of Al-Alam, Persian BBC and Voice of America news sites. Methodology: This study in terms of purpose was applied and in terms of implementation method was quantitative. The research community was the white marriage news of Persian section of Al-Alam, Persian BBC and Voice of America news sites in 2017 and 2018 years. The research sample was all related news to white marriage, which were selected by census sampling method. The research tool was observation and recording of white marriage news in the Persian section of the mentioned sites, whose face validity was confirmed by experts and its reliability was estimated by the coefficient of agreement between the two coders 0.92. Finally, the data were analyzed by non-parametric test of chi-square in SPSS software. Findings: The comparative results showed that the Persian BBC news site has the most emphasis and Al-Alam news site has the least emphasis on white marriage based on the component of news rate and between them there was significant difference in terms of components of presentation style, news index, news values, news elements, news sources, news orientation, content bias, news type, news volume and news tactics (P<0.05). In addition, there was no significant difference between the three news sites in terms of emphasis on white marriage based on the component of inductive load of headline (P>0.05). Conclusion: The results showed the more emphasis of Persian BBC news sites and less emphasis of Al-Alam news sites on white marriage according to effective news components. These results indicated that the more damage of Persian BBC news site about white marriage and its consequences for families.

Relationship between Communication Skills with Life Satisfaction among Students Studying at Islamic Azad University of Tehran: A Case Study(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

Purpose: The aim of the present study was to determine the relationship between communication skills and life satisfaction among students of Islamic Azad University. Methodology: This was an applied study in terms of its aim and a descriptive correlational in terms of its methodology. The research population included 190000 students studying at Islamic Azad University of Tehran in the academic year 2019-2020. The sample size was estimated to be 384 people selected by multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data were collected by Communication Skills Test-Revise (Queendom, 2004) and Students' Life Satisfaction Scale (Huebner, 1991) and analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regressions in SPSS ver.19 software. Findings: The results showed that communication skills and all dimensions including the ability to receive and send message, emotional control, listening skill, insight into the communication process and communication with determination had a positive and significant relationship with life satisfaction in students (P<0.01). Communication skills significantly could predict 33.6% and among the dimensions of communication skills, three dimensions of listening skill, communication with determination and the ability to receive and send message together could predict 60.8% of life satisfaction changes in students (P<0.001), but the dimensions of emotional control and insight into the communication process did not enter the equation due to the lack of a significant increase in the amount of prediction (P>0.05). Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, communication skills with life satisfaction have a significant relationship and predicted a significant portion of it. Therefore, planning to improve the satisfaction of life in students is essential by increasing their communication skills through workshops.

رابطه سواد رسانه ای با میزان پذیرش شایعات در بین مخاطبان شبکه های اجتماعی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

هدف اصلی انجام این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه سواد رسانه ای با میزان پذیرش شایعات در بین مخاطبان شبکه های اجتماعی است. پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش متشکل از کلیه اعضای فعال شبکه های اجتماعی اینستاگرام و تلگرام است. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری سهمیه ای استفاده شد که 360 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از روش میدانی و کتابخانه ای استفاده شد و ابزار مورداستفاده پرسشنامه بوده است. پرسشنامه سواد رسانه ای قربانی، نیوشا و شاطریان (1395) که سه مؤلفه تنوع و مهارت استفاده، جمع آوری و تولید اطلاعات و نگاه انتقادی را مورد سنجش قرار می دهد و پرسشنامه پذیرش شایعات کیم و باک (2010) با 5 عامل انتقال شایعه، قوه استدلال، هیجانات منفی، اعتبار منبع، شکل گیری باور انتخاب شدند. برای تعیین روایی ابزار پژوهش از روایی محتوا و برای تعیین پایایی ابزار از آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل داده های گردآوری شده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی (فراوانی، میانگین، واریانس و انحراف معیار) و آزمون های آماری استنباطی (آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، تک نمونه ای، همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون، تحلیل واریانس یک راهه) استفاده به عمل آمد. نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها نشان داد: میزان سواد رسانه ای کاربران شبکه های مجازی در حد متوسط است؛ میزان پذیرش شایعات بالاتر از حد متوسط است؛ بین سواد رسانه ای و مؤلفه های آن با پذیرش شایعات در بین کاربران رابطه معنی دار و معکوس وجود دارد و ضریب تعیین به دست آمده نشان می دهد که حدود 35 درصد از تغییرات پذیرش شایعات در بین کاربران ناشی از کمبود سواد رسانه ای آنهاست. از بین مؤلفه های سواد رسانه ای هر سه مؤلفه تنوع و مهارت استفاده، جمع آوری و تولید اطلاعات و نگاه انتقادی قدرت پیش بینی کنندگی پذیرش شایعات را دارند.

تبیین حقوقی مفهوم «دارایی» و انواع آن در جهان مجازی(مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

در جهان مجازی دارایی مجازی به صورت کدهای نرم افزاری خاصی تعریف می شود که مانند اشیاء فیزیکی، دارایی های شخصی جهان واقعی و یا بخشی از واقعیت عمل کرده و دارای کیفیات مشابهی هستند. دارایی های مجازی به جهت بهره مندی از حمایت قانونی باید چندین شرط را برآورده کنند. این دارایی ها نه تنها باید خصوصیات فیزیکی دارایی های جهان واقعی را داشته باشند، بلکه باید دیگر خصوصیات نامحسوسی که قابل تفکیک از دارایی های واقعی نیستند را هم دارا باشند. ابهامی که درمورد مفهوم دارایی مجازی وجود دارد بسیار شبیه به ابهامی است که در مورد مفهوم دارایی واقعی وجود دارد. از آن جایی که کلمه دارایی درحقوق واقتصاد درمعانی متفاوتی به کار می رود چنین ابهامی دور از انتظار نیست. عوام دارایی را به صورت مالکیت اشیاء وچیزها می بینند. حقوقدانان دارایی را به صورت حقوق مرتبط با اشیاء و مسائل تعریف می کنند. علاوه بر تفسیرهای متفاوتی که از مفهوم دارایی وجود دارد، مسئله این است که قانون جهان واقعی بر دارایی های محسوس (به جز چند مورد استثناء) تاکید می کند که این مسئله در سیستم های حقوقی رومی – ژرمنی بسیار بارز است. به دلیل تمرکز بر خصوصیت محسوس بودن دارایی ها به نظر می رسد که حقوقدانان بحث دارایی های مجازی را کاملاً مورد بی توجهی قرار داده اند. به هر روی، شرط محسوس بودن دارایی ها تنها دلیل این بی توجهی نیست، موارد استثنایی وجود دارند و امکان توسعه بحث دارایی های مجازی موردی است که در سالهای اخیر بسیار مورد توجه بوده است. در این مقاله به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی به تبیین این مقوله اشاره داشته ایم.
