چکیده
در حال حاضر تاب آوری و پایداری اهداف اصلی شهرهای آینده هستند. اندازه گیری تاب آوری بافت های ناکارآمد شهری برای شهرهایی که با شوک های غیرمنتظره و پیامدهای آن مواجه هستند امری ضروری است؛ زیرا از یک سو نمی توان آنچه را که اندازه گیری نشده مدیریت کرد؛ و از سوی دیگر نتایج اندازه گیری تاب آوری می تواند به توسعه راهبردها و سیاست های مناسب برای پایداری شهری کمک کند. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی تاب آوری بافت های ناکارآمد شهر تهران و ارائه راهبردهایی در راستای پایداری شهری است. روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است و برای اندازه گیری تاب آوری بافت های ناکارآمد شهر تهران، از اطلاعات سرشماری نفوس و مسکن سال های 1385 و 1395 استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تاب آوری اجتماعی و اقتصادی بافت های ناکارآمد شهر تهران طی دوره مورد بررسی کاهش چشمگیری داشته است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر اطلاعات مفیدی به برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران ملی و محلی در جهت ارتقای تاب آوری شهری و دستیابی به شهری پایدار ارائه می دهد.Resilience of Inefficient Urban Fabrics for Urban Sustainability: A Comprehensive Perspective for Future Cities
Measuring the resilience of inefficient urban fabrics is essential for future cities that face unexpected shocks and their consequences. Resilience and sustainability are currently the primary objectives of future cities. On the one hand, managing what is not measured is impossible, and on the other hand, measuring resilience can aid in developing appropriate strategies and policies for urban sustainability. The objective of the present research is to assess the resilience of inefficient urban fabrics in Tehran and provide strategies for urban sustainability. The research method employed is descriptive-analytical, and the data from the population and housing censuses of 2006 and 2016 have been utilized to measure the resilience of inefficient urban fabrics in Tehran. The research findings indicate that the social and economic resilience of these urban fabrics was not satisfactory in 2006, and their condition further declined by 2016. The results of this research provide valuable insights for national and local planners and policymakers on enhancing urban resilience and achieving sustainable cities.
