چکیده
این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر اشتراکات فرهنگی میان کردهای ایران و عراق بر توسعه تجارت مرزی و امنیت اقتصادی در استان ایلام می پردازد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. داده های آماری از منابع رسمی استخراج و تحلیل شده اند. منطقه مرزی استان ایلام، به عنوان یکی از محورهای استراتژیک در جغرافیای ایران، ویژگی های خاصی دارد که آن را از دیگر مناطق مرزی متمایز می سازد. یکی از ویژگی های بارز این منطقه، وجود اشتراکات فرهنگی و قومی میان کردهای ایران و عراق است. این اشتراکات، به دلیل تاریخچه ای طولانی و بهم پیوسته، زمینه ساز تعاملات جوامع مرزی و تبادلات فرهنگی و اقتصادی میان دو کشور شده است. در این پژوهش، به بررسی تأثیر این اشتراکات فرهنگی بر توسعه تجارت مرزی و امنیت اقتصادی در استان ایلام پرداخته خواهد شد. یافته ها نشان می دهند که پیوستگی های نژادی، مذهبی، زبانی و تاریخی میان کردهای ایران و عراق، موجب تقویت همکاری های اقتصادی و امنیت در مرزهای ایلام شده است. همچنین، این اشتراکات فرهنگی بر رشد تجارت، افزایش سرمایه گذاری خارجی و کاهش نرخ تورم تأثیر مثبتی داشته است. اشتراکات فرهنگی می توانند عاملی کلیدی در توسعه اقتصادی مرزی باشند و سیاست گذاران باید بر تقویت این روابط برای بهبود امنیت اقتصادی تمرکز کنند.Studying the Impact of Cultural Commonalities between Iranian and Iraqi Kurds on the Development of Border Trade and Economic Security in Ilam Province
This article examines the impact of cultural commonalities between Iranian and Iraqi Kurds on the development of border trade and economic security in Ilam Province. This research was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method and library studies. Statistical data were extracted and analyzed from official sources. The findings show that ethnic, religious, linguistic, and historical connections between the Kurds of Iran and Iraq have strengthened economic cooperation and security along the Ilam border.The border region of Ilam province, as one of the strategic axes in the geography of Iran, has special characteristics that distinguish it from other border regions. One of the prominent features of this region is the existence of cultural and ethnic commonalities between the Kurds of Iran and Iraq. These commonalities, due to a long and interconnected history, have paved the way for interactions between border communities and cultural and economic exchanges between the two countries. In this study, the impact of these cultural commonalities on the development of border trade and economic security in Ilam province will be examined. These cultural commonalities have also had a positive impact on trade growth, increased foreign investment, and reduced inflation. Cultural commonalities can be a key factor in border economic development, and policymakers should focus on strengthening these relationships to improve economic security.
