چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل رابطه برخی نظریه های علوم اجتماعی و انسانی با رفتار اطلاعاتی است. روش: این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مروری تحلیلی است. در این تحقیق، مقاله ها و کتاب های مرتبط با موضوع مورد مطالعه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نظریه های اصلی مرتبط با حوزه رفتار اطلاعاتی بیشتر از دو حوزه علوم اجتماعی جامعه شناسی و ارتباطات گروهی و حوزه روانشناسی سرچشمه می گیرند و انجام تحقیقات اصیل در حوزه رفتار اطلاعاتی، مستلزم استفاده از نظریه های موجود در این حوزه هاست. نتیجه گیری: به لحاظ اجتماعی بودن انسان و به لحاظ ماهیت رفتار انسان، مطالعات حوزه رفتار اطلاعاتی شامل نیاز اطلاعاتی، جستجوی اطلاعات، اطلاع یابی، و استفاده از اطلاعات، به ناچار باید از نظریه های اصلی مرتبط با حوزه رفتار اطلاعاتی بهره بگیرند، یعنی آنچه بیشتر ناشی از دو حوزه علوم اجتماعی شامل جامعه شناسی و ارتباطات گروهی و حوزه روانشناسی است، البته همراه با استفاده از سایر نظریه های سودمند و مرتبط علوم اجتماعی. بدین سان ضمن غنا بخشیدن به این مطالعات، پژوهشگران امکان تبیین و تفسیر و تحلیل بهتر رفتار اطلاعاتی کاربران را می یابند؛ که در نهایت منجر به اصلاح نظام های اطلاعاتی و هم چنین اصلاح و بهبود رفتار اطلاعاتی کاربران می شود.Analysis of the relationship of certain social science and humanities theories with information behavior
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the relationship between some social science and humanities theories and information behavior. Method: This study is of an analytical review and descriptive type. In this research, articles and books related to the topics under investigation have been reviewed and analyzed. Findings: Major theories related with and used in information behavior studies are mainly originated from social science and humanities areas, namely Sociology, Mass Communication, and Psychology. It is essential to use these theories to conduct original research in the field of information behavior. Results: Due to the fact that human being is a socialized creature and because of the nature of behavior, the studies in the field of information behavior including information needs, information searching, information seeking, and information use, have to use major theories related to information behavior. These theories are originated from humanities and social sciences; the most common of them from sociology, psychology, and mass communication. Using these theories enriches the studies of information behavior as well as enables the researchers to better analyze users’ information behavior. It also paves the path to improve information systems.
