نیازهای آموزشی مربیان پیش دبستانی آموزش و پرورش به منظور طراحی دوره های آموزشی ضمن خدمت (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
در پژوهش حاضر تحت عنوان «بررسی نیازهای آموزشی مربیان پیش دبستانی آموزش و پرورش شهر قم در سال تحصیلی 99-98 به منظور طراحی دوره های آموزشی ضمن خدمت»، مجموعاً هشت سؤال پژوهشی، بررسی شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی بوده که در خلال آن از مطالعه اسنادی و پیمایش، استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه مربیان پیش دبستانی آموزش و پرورش شهر قم با تعداد بالغ بر 400 نفر است که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد نمونه با اطمینان 95 درصد، 196 نفر محاسبه شد و با روش طبقه ای تصادفی از بین مربیان پیش دبستانی شهر قم انتخاب شده اند. داده های حاصل از ابزارهای پژوهش به دو شیوه توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل آماری شده اند. نتایج نشان داد؛ نیازهای آموزشی مورد بررسی مربیان پیش دبستانی آموزش و پرورش شهر قم درزمینه اجرای برنامه های فرهنگی و هنری برای کودکان پیش دبستانی، ساخت ابزار آموزشی ساده، آموزش محتوای برنامه درسی پیش از دبستان، ملاحظات شغلی مربی پیش دبستانی، ملاحظات شغلی مدیریت داخلی و سرپرستی قسمت های مختلف مراکز پیش از دبستان، ملاحظات شغلی دستیاری مشاوران و روان شناسان مراکز پیش دبستانی و درزمینه ملاحظات شغلی کارشناس آموزش و برنامه ریزی کودکان در حد متوسط به بالا، معنادار است. رتبه بندی بین انواع نیازهای هفت گانه مربیان پیش دبستانی آموزش و پرورش شهر قم به ترتیب اولویت شامل: درزمینه آموزش محتوای برنامه درسی پیش از دبستان به کودکان پیش دبستانی، درزمینه ملاحظات شغلی مربی پیش دبستانی، درزمینه ملاحظات شغلی دستیاری مشاوران و روان شناسان مراکز پیش دبستانی جهت رفع مشکلات خاص کودکان، درزمینه ملاحظات شغلی مدیریت داخلی و سرپرستی قسمت های مختلف مراکز پیش از دبستان، درزمینه اجرای برنامه های فرهنگی و هنری برای کودکان پیش دبستانی، درزمینه ساخت ابزار آموزشی ساده برای کودکان پیش دبستانی و درزمینه ملاحظات شغلی کارشناس آموزش و برنامه ریزی کودکان می باشد.Educational Needs of Preschool Educators to Design In-service Training Courses
In the current research, under the title of "investigation of the educational needs of preschool educators in Qom to design in-service training courses in the academic year of 2018-2019", a total of eight research questions were studied. The research method was descriptive, during which document and survey studies were used. The statistical population of the research included all preschool teachers of Qom city with a number of over 400 people. The sample number was calculated to be 196 people with 95% confidence using the Krejcie and Morgan table as well as stratified random sampling method. The data obtained from the research tools were statistically analyzed in two descriptive and inferential ways. The results showed that educational needs examined by preschool teachers of Qom education office in the area of implementing cultural and artistic programs for preschool children, making simple educational tools, teaching content of preschool curriculum, job considerations in terms of preschool teachers, job considerations of internal management and supervision of various preschool centers, career considerations of assistant counselors and psychologists of preschool centers as well as in the area of career considerations of children's education and planning experts, are significant. Ranking among the seven types of needs of preschool educators in Qom city, in the order of priority included: teaching pre-primary curriculum content to preschool children, career considerations of preschool teachers, career considerations of assisting counselors and psychologists in preschool centers to solve children's specific problems, job considerations, internal management and supervision of different parts of preschool centers, implementing cultural and artistic programs for preschool children, making simple educational tools for preschool children, as well as job considerations for the experts in the area of children's education and planning.
