شاخصه های معلم تراز از دیدگاه امامین انقلاب؛ الگویی برای تربیت معلم متعالی (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
امروزه آسیبهای فراوان فکری و فرهنگی گریبان فرزندان را گرفته و آنها را دچار انحرافات اخلاقی ساخته است. بخش مهمِ این انحرافات در مدرسه و به خاطر دوستی با افراد نااهل اتفاق میفتد و محیطی که باید برای رشد علمی و تربیتی باشد، زمینه ساز انحرافات فکری و اخلاقی دانش آموزان می شود. از آرمان های انقلاب اسلامی، پیاده سازی نظام تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی است. عملکرد مجریان نظام آموزشی در آموزش وپرورش با اهداف انقلاب اسلامی چندان منطبق نیست و نارضایتی امام خامنه ای در شهریور1399 گواه این مدعا است. اجرای نظام آموزشی و تربیتی در تراز انقلاب اسلامی نیازمند برخورداری از اندیشه های امامین انقلاب است. آرای امامین انقلاب به دلیل غنا و عمق و نیز درگیری مستقیم با مسائل روز حکمرانی اهمیتی دوچندان دارد. هدف نوشتار حاضر ارائه شاخصه های معلم تراز انقلاب اسلامی از دیدگاه امامین انقلاب و کشف الگویی مطلوب برای تربیت معلم تراز در نظام جمهوری اسلامی است. پرسش اصلی این است که از دیدگاه امامین انقلاب، معلم تراز انقلاب چه شاخصه هایی دارد و الگوی تربیت چنین معلمی چیست؟ مقاله حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی برپایه سخنان امامین انقلاب مهم ترین ویژگی های تربیت معلم مطلوب را با بررسی فراوانی تکرار هرشاخصه در سخنان آنها ترسیم کرد و در قالب جدولی به تفکیک گزارش داد. از مهم ترین نتایج پژوهش حاضر ترسیم الگویی پنج ضلعی متشکل از تربیت اعتقادی، عقلانی، اخلاقی، عاطفی، سیاسی با محوریت «انسان سازی» برای تربیت معلم است؛ همچنین شانزده شاخصه مهم ذیل این پنج ضلع از فرمایشات امامین به دست آمد که نقشه راه و چشم اندازی برای تربیت معلم تراز انقلاب اسلامی فراروی مدیران و سیاست گذاران آموزشی می گشاید.The characteristics of a level teacher from the point of view of the Imams of the Revolution; A model for training an excellent teacher
Today, many intellectual and cultural damages have afflicted the children and made them suffer moral deviations. An important part of these deviations happens in school and because of friendship with unqualified people, and the environment that should be for scientific and educational growth, becomes the basis for students' intellectual and moral deviations. One of the ideals of the Islamic revolution is the implementation of the Islamic education system. The performance of the educational system administrators in education is not very consistent with the goals of the Islamic Revolution and the dissatisfaction of Imam Khamenei in September 2019 is proof of this claim. The implementation of the educational system at the level of the Islamic Revolution requires having the thoughts of the Imams of the Revolution. The opinions of the imams of the revolution are of double importance due to their richness and depth, as well as their direct involvement with the issues of today's governance. The purpose of this article is to present the characteristics of the level teacher of the Islamic Revolution from the perspective of the Imams of the revolution and to discover a suitable model for the training of the level teacher in the Islamic Republic. The main question is, from the point of view of the Imams of the Revolution, what are the characteristics of a revolutionary level teacher and what is the training model for such a teacher?
