چکیده
تمثیل و استعاره روشی برای درک بهتر پدیده ها و به کارگیری آن برای درک بهتر سازمان و ساختارهای سازمانی از هر نوع راهگشا است. توصیفات استعاری مانند سازمان نیوتنی، سازمان کوانتومی، ساختار نیوتنی و ساختار کوانتومی تلاش دارد تا نشان دهد چگونه پارادایم های علمی نیوتنی و کوانتومی توانسته است بر سازمان و ساختار سازمانی از تجاری تا نظامی تأثیرگذار باشد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش نشان دادن چگونگی تاثیرگذاری ورود استعاری پارادایم های علمی نیوتنی و کوانتومی به حوزه دانش سازمان و ساختار سازمانی، تکامل نظریه های مربوط به آن ها و توصیه های متناسب با آن به آجا با این تاثیرات است. پژوهش کیفی حاضر، به واسطه تبیین ارتباط بین استعارههای پارادایمی نیوتنی وکوانتومی با نظریه های ساختار از نوع بنیادی است که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از دادههای کتابخانهای از میان کتب و مقالات معتبر موجود و منابع اینترنتی به آن نتیجه کلی دست یافته است که از لحاظ نگاه استعاری دو استعاره ماشین و موجود زنده بیشترین تأثیر را بر ساختار سازمان های نظامی داشته و دارند و از این رو ساختارهای نظامی در حال حاضر تحت تأثیر استعاره نیوتنی بر سازمان قرار می گیرند. تحلیل ساختار سازمان نظامی گروه های تهدیدزا نیز نشان دهنده تاثیرپذیری آنها از پارادایم کوانتومی هستند.Clarifying the metaphorical role of Newtonian and quantum paradigms in organizational structure evolutions and giving proportionate suggestions to IRI Army
As a way to better understand phenomena, Allegories and metaphors are used to better understand organizations and organizational structures of any kind. Metaphorical descriptions such as Newtonian organization, quantum organization, Newtonian structure and quantum structure try to show how Newtonian and quantum scientific paradigms have been able to influence the organization and organizational structure from commercial to military. The main goal of this research is to show how two scientific paradigms, Newtonian and quantum, affect the evolution of theories related to knowledge of organization and organizational structure by metaphorically entering the field and pssibility of harmonizing IRI Army with them. Because of explaining the relationship between Newtonian and quantum paradigmatic metaphors, the present qualitative research is a fundamental research. By descriptive-analytical method and by using librarian data from available books and articles and internet resources, present research has reached to these general result that From a metaphorical point of view, the two metaphors of the machine and the living creature have the greatest influence on the structure of military organizations, and therefore military structures are currently influenced by the Newtonian metaphor on the organization. The analysis of the structure of the military organization of threatening groups also shows their influence from the quantum paradigm.
