چکیده
هدف: افزایش توان رزمی و دفاعی کشور و کاربرد صحیح یگان های نظامی در صحنه نبرد، در گرو ارتقاء سطح آموزش، دانش و مهارت، سرمایه انسانی نیروهای مسلح مبتنی بر شکل جدید جنگ است. بر همین اساس، اغلب سازمان های نظامی و دفاعی پیشرو در دنیا، بیش ازپیش توجه خود را به آموزش و بهسازی سرمایه انسانی یا همان فراگیران و فرادهان معطوف نموده و تبیین جایگاه واقعی تربیت و آموزش در مسیر توسعه این حوزه، رسالتی بس بزرگ بر دوش آن ها نهاده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش تدوین راهبردهای تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان با توجه به ویژگی جنگ های آینده است. روش: این پژوهش از نوع توسعه ای- کاربردی بوده که به روش توصیفی و با رویکرد آمیخته انجام شده است. در این پژوهش از ابزار کتابخانه ای و میدانی برای جمع آوری اطلاعات در حوزه تحقیق استفاده گردیده است یافته ها: پس از احصاء نقاط قوت و ضعف و شناسایی فرصت ها و تهدیدهای مؤثر بر تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان با توجه به ویژگی جنگ های آینده و ایجاد ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل داخلی و خارجی (IFE و EFE) جایگاه و موقعیت تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان در جنگ آینده در نمودار تعیین و ارزیابی موقعیت و رویکرد راهبردی سازمان (SPACE) در موقعیت رقابتی قرار گرفت. نتایج: این تحقیق 7 راهبرد درخصوص تربیت و آموزش خلبانان هوانیروز آجا در حوزه فراگیران و فرادهان در جنگ آینده را احصاء و الزامات اجرایی شدن آن ها را تعیین نموده است.Strategies of education and training of I.R I.A.A pilots in the field of learners and instructors in the future war
Increasing the combat and defense power of the country and the correct use of military units in the battlefield depends on the improvement of the level of education, knowledge and skills, the human capital of the armed forces based on the new form of war. Based on this, most of the leading military and defense organizations in the world have turned their attention to the training and improvement of human capital, i.e. learners, and clarifying the real position of training and education in the development of this field has placed a big mission on their shoulders. Is. The purpose of this research is to formulate training and education strategies for I.R I.A.A pilots in the field of learners and instructor, considering the characteristics of future wars. In this research, library and field tools have been used to collect information in the field of research. This research is of developmental-applied type, which was done with a descriptive method and a mixed approach. After counting the strengths and weaknesses and identifying the opportunities and threats affecting the training and education of I.R I.A.A pilots in the field of learners and instructor, according to the characteristics of future wars and creating a matrix for evaluating internal and external factors (IFE and EFE), the position and position of training and education pilots were placed in a competitive position in the field of learning and instructors in the future war in the determination and evaluation chart of the organization's strategic position and approach (SPACE).
