رهبری اخلاقی مکتب شهید قاسم سلیمانی: پژوهشی فراترکیب (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
امام خامنه ای(حفظه الله)در خصوص مکتب شهید سلیمانی معتقدند این مکتب از دو عنصر"صدق" و"اخلاص" تشکیل شده است.به عبارتی ایشان این دو کلمه را نمادو نمایه مکتب سلیمانی می دانند.صدق یعنی همان چیزی که در آیه شریفه"مِنَ المُؤمِنینَ رِجالٌ صَدَقوا ما عاهَدُوا اللهَ عَلَیه"و"اخلاص"هم درآیات متعدّد قرآن ازجمله آیه شریفه"قُل اِنّی اُمِرتُ اَن اَعبُدَ اللهَ مُخلِصًا لَهُ الدّین"آمده است؛این دو عنوانِ قرآنی، تشکیل دهنده حرکت شهید سلیمانی بوده است(بیانات رهبری در سالگرد حاج قاسم سلیمانی؛ 11/10/1400).سال هامجاهدت خالصانه و اخلاق مدارانه شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی از ایشان شرایطی را ایجاد کرده است که رهبر عظیم الشان انقلاب از آن تحت عنوان"مکتب حاج قاسم سلیمانی"یاد می کنند.یکی از ویژگی های این مکتب اخلاق مداری در رهبری ایشان است که در این نوشتار به آن پرداخته می شود.روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع کیفی است که به شیوه فراترکیب انجام شده و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام شده است.جامعه مورد مطالعه؛متون مرتبط با رهبری حاج قاسم شامل:بیانات مقام معظم رهبری؛ مقالات منتشرشده در خصوص ایشان؛ دست نوشته ها و خاطرات هم رزمان شهید سلیمانی و سایر اسناد و مدارک منتشرشده در پایگاه اطلاعاتی در حیطه موضوعی رهبری اخلاقی ایشان است.نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که رهبری اخلاقی حاج قاسم سلیمانی را می توان در 4 بعد اخلاق فردی با مؤلفه های توحیدمحوری، معنویت محوری، تکلیف محوری؛ اخلاق اجتماعی با مؤلفه های اعتماد محوری، فرهنگ محوری، ولایت محوری، مردم محوری؛اخلاق گروهی- سازمانی بامؤلفه های انگیزه محوری، تعالی محوری، ارتباط محوری، هدف محوری واخلاق بین المللی شامل بصیرت محوری، دیپلماسی محوری، اقتدارمحوری و تمدن محوری مورد واکاوی قراردادethical leadership of Martyr qasim soleimani : meta - synthesis research
Imam Khamenei believes that Soleimani school consists of two elements:"truth"and"sincerity"In other words they consider these two words tobe the symbol and profile of the Soleimani school.The truth is stated in verse 23of Surah Ahzab and sincerity is mentioned in verse11of Surah Zomar(statements of the leadership on the anniversary of Soleimani;1/1/2020)In other words this school which is based on these two principles,has formed moral leadership in them.Ethical leaders focus on serving more and better as a result,the characteristicof people orientation of ethical leaders is created.Leaders pay attention to how their actions and behavior affect others and use their social power to serve others.The years of sincere and ethical struggle of Soleimani created the conditions that the great leader of the revolution calls it"School of Soleimani"One of the characteristics of this school of ethics is its leadership, which is discussed in this article.The research method is qualitative in terms of practical purpose and in terms of data collection,which was done in a meta-composite way and data analysis was done using thematic analysis.the studied community;Texts related tothe leadership of Haj Qasim include:statements of the Supreme Leader;Published articles about him;Manuscripts and memoirs of soleimani's comrade and other documents published inthe database are inthe subject area of his moral leadership.The results indicate that the moral leadership of Soleimani can be divided into4dimensions of individual ethics with monotheistic components, spirituality-oriented, duty-oriented;Social ethics with trust-oriented,culture-oriented,province-oriented, people-orientedc omponents;Group-organizational ethics with the components of central motivation,central excellence,central communication,central goal,and international ethics including insight- centered,authority-centered diplomacy,and contract-centered civilization are analyzed
