چکیده
بزه دیدگی زنان پدیده ای نگران کننده در جوامع کنونی است، زیرا زنان علاوه بر بزه دیدگی ناشی از جرایم، بار بزه دیدگی ناشی از ساختار اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی را نیز به دوش می کشند. بر همین اساس هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی روش های حمایت از بزه دیدگی زنان در حوزه جرایم مالی است. این مقاله توصیفی تحلیلی است و با استفاده از روش کتابخانه ای به بررسی موضوع مورد اشاره پرداخته است. یافته ها بر این امر دلالت دارد که حمایت از بزه دیدگی زنان در جرایم مالی در سیاست جنایی قضایی، در سیاست جنایی تقنینی و در سیاست جنایی اجرایی از مهم ترین روش های حمایت از بزه دیدگی زنان در حوزه جرایم مالی است. بالابردن خطر ارتکاب جرم بر روی زنان از طریق بالابردن هزینه کیفری ارتکاب جرم می تواند در فرآیند گزینش آن ها توسط بزهکاران تأثیر گذاشته و درنتیجه ضریب بزه دیدگی زنان را کاهش دهد. بنابراین اتخاذ یک سیاست کیفری افتراقی از طریق سازوکار جرم انگاری های ویژه و تشدید کیفر بزهکارانی که بزه دیده آن ها یک زن است، ضروری است. با این حال، در ایران به دلیل عدم وجود حمایت های کیفری کافی و عدم اتخاد سیاست کیفری افتراقی بزه دیدگی زنان در حال افزایش است. بر همین اساس، اتخاذ یک سیاست کیفری افتراقی جهت کاهش جرایم علیه زنان ضروری است.Methods of Supporting Women Victims in the Field of Financial Crimes in the Light of Differential Approach in Iranian Law
The victimization of women is a worrying phenomenon in today's societies, because women, in addition to being victimized by crimes, also bear the burden of being victimized by the economic, cultural, and political structure. Based on this, the aim of this article is to investigate the methods of supporting women victims in the field of financial crimes. This article is descriptive and analytical and has investigated the mentioned subject by using the library method. The findings indicate that supporting women's victimization in financial crimes in judicial criminal policy, in legislative criminal policy and in executive criminal policy is one of the most important ways to support women's victimization in the field of financial crimes. Increasing the risk of committing a crime against women by increasing the criminal cost of committing a crime can affect the selection process by criminals and thus reduce the rate of women's victimization. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a differential criminal policy through the mechanism of special criminalization and intensifying the punishment of criminals whose victim is a woman., but in Iran, due to the lack of sufficient criminal protections and the lack of a differential criminal policy, the victimization of women is increasing. Accordingly, it is necessary to adopt a differential criminal policy to reduce crimes against women.
