چکیده
با توجه به تحولات سریع فناوری در عصر انقلاب صنعتی ۴.۰، کسب وکارها نیازمند ابزارهایی برای بهینه سازی فرآیندهای خود هستند. رایانش ابری به عنوان یکی از این ابزارها، نقش کلیدی در مدیریت داده ها و اطلاعات مالی ایفا می کند و دسترسی بلادرنگ به اطلاعات، کاهش هزینه ها و افزایش کارایی عملیاتی را ممکن می سازد. این مقاله نشان می دهد که سیستم های حسابداری سنتی مبتنی بر ذخیره سازی محلی، جای خود را به سیستم های مبتنی بر رایانش ابری داده اند. این فناوری به حسابداران امکان پردازش آسان اطلاعات مالی، انجام تحلیل های پیچیده تر و تصمیم گیری های به موقع و آگاهانه تر را می دهد. همچنین، رایانش ابری مقیاس پذیری عملیات را افزایش داده و مدیریت منابع مالی و انسانی را بهبود می بخشد. با این حال، پیاده سازی این فناوری با چالش هایی مانند مسائل امنیتی و انتخاب ارائه دهندگان خدمات مناسب همراه است. شرکت ها باید برنامه ریزی دقیقی برای پذیرش رایانش ابری داشته باشند، نیروی انسانی را آموزش دهند و موانع فرهنگی را برطرف کنند. این تحقیق با استفاده از روش کیفی و مطالعه موردی، تأثیرات مثبت رایانش ابری بر کارایی حسابداری را بررسی کرده و عوامل مؤثر در پذیرش این فناوری را شناسایی می کند. نتایج نشان می دهد که رایانش ابری به ابزاری ضروری برای بهبود بهره وری فرآیندهای حسابداری تبدیل شده است. این فناوری با تسریع پردازش تراکنش ها، افزایش دقت ثبت داده ها و تسهیل دسترسی به اطلاعات مالی، به شرکت ها کمک می کند تا در محیط رقابتی امروز موفق عمل کنند. با این حال، شرکت ها باید چالش های امنیتی و مدیریتی را به طور جدی در نظر بگیرند تا از مزایای کامل این فناوری بهره مند شوند.Examining the Impact of Cloud Computing on Enhancing Efficiency and Optimizing Accounting Processes
Given the rapid advancements in technology in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, businesses require tools to optimize their processes. Cloud computing, as one such tool, plays a pivotal role in managing data and financial information, enabling real-time access to information, cost reduction, and enhanced operational efficiency. This article demonstrates that traditional accounting systems, based on local data storage, have been replaced by cloud-based systems. This technology allows accountants to easily process financial information, perform more complex analyses, and make timely and informed decisions. Additionally, cloud computing enhances operational scalability and improves the management of financial and human resources. However, the implementation of this technology comes with challenges such as security concerns and the selection of suitable service providers. Companies must plan meticulously for the adoption of cloud computing, train their workforce, and address cultural barriers. Using qualitative methods and case studies, this research examines the positive impacts of cloud computing on accounting efficiency and identifies factors influencing the adoption of this technology. The findings indicate that cloud computing has become an essential tool for improving the productivity of accounting processes. By accelerating transaction processing, increasing data accuracy, and facilitating access to financial information, this technology helps companies succeed in today's competitive environment. Nevertheless, businesses must seriously consider security and managerial challenges to fully leverage the benefits of this technology.
