درنگی در روایات ناظر بر کیفر مانع الزکات در حکومت مهدوی (مقاله پژوهشی حوزه)

چکیده
ایمان و اعتقاد به ظهور منجی در جهت بنیان نهادن حکمرانی سراسر عادلانه و اضمحلال ظلم و بیدادگری از جمله مبرهن ترین اعتقادات تمامی مسلمانان جهان است. در منابع و مأخذ اسلامی احادیث فراوانی طرح شده که به ترسیم رویدادهای زمان ظهور حضرت مهدی(عج) و رهبری جهان توسط ایشان پرداخته است. در این میان روایاتی وجود دارند که به ترسیم رویکرد و منش مهدی موعود در آخرالزمان پرداخته که صحت و سقم آن ها علاوه بر موازین سندی، به لحاظ عرضه بر قرآن و اهتمام تام شریعت در نگرش به تمام زوایای زندگانی بشر نیازمند به تأمل و تعمّقی ژرف است. از جمله این روایات می توان به احادیث پیرامون وقایع به ظاهر خشونت آمیزی که در زمان ظهور آن حضرت رخ می دهد اشاره نمود؛ در این میان پژوهش حاضر در جستاری مسئله محور، به مداقّه در روایات مربوط به سلب حیات در هنگامه ظهور پرداخته و در صدد بر آمده تا آن را در سنجه ارزیابی دقیق طبق موازین سندی و دلالی قرار دهد. سیاق مواجهه با این روایات یا باید توجیه آن بر اساس محمل عقلایی باشد کما اینکه برخی فقها کیفر مانع الزکات را متوجه منکران وجوب زکات دانسته اند و یا اینکه به لحاظ ضعف سندی، روایات را مطرود در نظر بگیریم.Hesitation in the narrations regarding the punishment of preventing zakat during the government of Imam Mahdi(A.S.)
Faith and belief in the appearance of a savior in order to establish a completely just government and the destruction of oppression and violence is one of the most evident beliefs of all Muslims in the world. Many hadiths have been proposed in Islamic sources and sources that describe the events of the time of the advent of Imam Mahdi(A.S.) and the leadership of the world by him. In the midst of this, there are narrations that depict the approach and character of the promised Mahdi in the end of time, whose accuracy and correctness, in addition to the standards of the document, in terms of presenting the Qur'an and the total effort of the Sharia in looking at all aspects of human life, require deep reflection and contemplation. Among these narrations, we can mention the hadiths surrounding apparently violent events that occurred at the time of the Prophet's appearance; In the meantime, the present research, in a problem-oriented research, paid attention to the narratives related to the deprivation of life at the time of emergence and tried to place it in the criteria of accurate evaluation according to documentary and brokerage standards. The result of the research indicates that the narrations regarding the punishment of preventing zakat can be interpreted on the two aspects of the punishment of those who deny the obligation of zakat or the weak evidence of these narrations.
