چکیده
قومی شدن و شکل گیری هویت ها در دوره معاصر به یکی از مهمترین مسائل جوامع امروزی تبدیل شده است و عواملی همچون جنگها، محرومیت ها ،ظلم حاکمان،تقسیمات سرزمینی و مهاجرت نقش اساسی را در تضعیف پیوند میان سرزمین ، فرهنگ وهویت جوامع داشته اند. یکی از عوامل موثر در سیاست گذاری کشور بررسی محیط پیرامون ایران به ویژه مناطق مرزی غرب است که از گذشته دور محل سکونت اقوام کرد بوده است .در بین این کرد ها جمعیت قابل توجهی در حدود دو میلیون نفر کرد فیلی اند، که اغلب از استان های ایلام وکرمانشاه مهاجرت و در استانهای شرقی عراق (دیالی،واسط،میسان و بغداد) ساکن شده اند فرصت ها و تهدیدهای آنها در مناطق مرزی غرب ایران یکی از چالش های امنیتی کشور به شمار می آید، سیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزیی های صحیح فرهنگی ،اجتماعی و رسانه ای می تواند علاوه بر بازیابی فرهنگهای مشترک ،ضامن امنیت ملی کشور باشد. در اینجا سوالی که پیش می آید این است که رسانه استانی چگونه می تواند در بر ساخت هویت کردهای فیلی عراق و ایجاد امنیت ملی موثر باشد؟در عصر ارتباطات رسانه نقش مهمی را در همگرایی بین ملتها ایفا می کند .Media (provincial network of Ilam), on the identity construction of Iraqi Kurds and its role in Iran's national security
