چکیده

امروزه رشد شهرنشینی سبب شده است تا محیط های طبیعی پیرامون شهرها از بین رفته و مخاطرات زیست محیطی از مقیاس جهانی خود به مقیاس محلی (شهری و منطقه ای) تنزل یابد. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی متناسب جهت دستیابی به توسعه پایدار مناطق پیراشهری چابهار بر مبنای شاخص های زیست محیطی، می باشد. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی و ازنظر روش در چارچوب روش توصیفی-تحلیلی قرارگرفته است، جمع آوری اطلاعات به روش میدانی بوده و ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری موردپژوهش شامل کلیه کارشناسان، اساتید و محققین دانشگاهی مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش در چابهار می باشند که حجم نمونه بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند 40 نفر انتخاب شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده های پژوهش از نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری برای ترسیم الگوی متناسب دستیابی به توسعه پایدار مناطق پیراشهری بر مبنای شاخص های زیست محیطی استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که شرایط زیست محیطی با ضریب تأثیر 22/0 و میزان معناداری 0.006 بر دستیابی به توسعه پایدار مناطق پیراشهری اثر داشته است. همچنین منابع و خدمات محیط، سلامت محیط و انرژی بر دستیابی بر توسعه پایدار مناطق پیراشهری به ترتیب با ضرایب مسیر 30/0، 62/0 و 56/0 اثرگذار بوده است به گونه ای که سلامت محیط دارای بیشترین میزان اثرگذاری و منابع و خدمات محیط، دارای کمترین میزان اثرگذاری بر دستیابی بر توسعه پایدار مناطق پیراشهری داشته اند.

Designing a suitable pattern to achieve sustainable development of urban peripheral areas based on environmental indicators (Case Study: Chabahar)

Today, the growth of urbanization has caused the natural environments around the cities to be destroyed and the environmental hazards have been reduced from the global scale to the local (urban and regional) scale. In this regard, the aim of the current research is to design a suitable pattern to achieve the sustainable development of the urban peripheral areas of Chabahar based on environmental indicators. In terms of purpose, the current research is in applied research, and in terms of method, it is in the framework of descriptive-analytical method, data collection is by field method, and the research tool is questionnaire. The statistical population of the study includes all experts, professors and university researchers related to the research subject in Chabahar, and the sample size was selected based on targeted sampling of 50 people. To analyze the research data, SPSS and AMOS software and structural equation analysis were used to draw a proportional model to achieve sustainable development of urban peripheral areas based on environmental indicators. The results show that environmental conditions have an effect on achieving sustainable development of urban peripheral areas with an impact factor of 0.22 and a significance level of 0.006.
