چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شهر خلاق رویکردی نوین در برنامه ریزی شهری است که توضیح می دهد، مردم چگونه می توانند در شهرها تفکر، برنامه ریزی و عمل خلاقانه داشته باشند و این موضوع نشان گر آن است که چگونه می توان شهرها را با بهره گیری از تفکرات و استعدادهای افراد، زیست پذیر، سرزنده و امنیت را افزایش داد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف روایت نگاری مؤلفه های شهر خلاق در راستای دست یابی به امنیت پایدار در شهر چابهار، به انجام رسیده است.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و دارای ماهیت تفسیری و تحلیلی و از لحاظ روش در گروه پژوهش های تلفیقی (کیفی و کمّی) قرار دارد. به منظور گردآوری جامعه نمونه از روش نمونه گیری هدف مند صورت گرفت، که در نهایت تعداد (15) نفر به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش روایت نگاری و (با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیو دی ای) و روش دلفی و در نهایت از مدل ایان پی استفاده شده است.یافته ها: بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده؛ مضامین سازمان دهنده از جمله: (توسعه الگوهای زیست محیطی، توسعه الگوهای اقتصادی، توسعه الگوهای سیاسی، توسعه الگوهای فناورانه ای، توسعه الگوهای کیفیت زندگی، توسعه الگوهای اجتماعی - فرهنگی و نوآوری) و 54 مضامین پایه از دل روایت های متخصصان شناسایی شد، که در ادامه با استفاده از روش دلفی در دو مرحله نظرسنجی؛ مؤلفه های مطرح شده از سوی متخصصان مورد تأیید قرار گرفته شد. در نهایت نتایج رتبه بندی نیز حاکی از آن را دارد، مؤلفه توسعه الگوهای اقتصادی با وزن نهایی 031/0، بیش ترین میزان اهمیت را دارد.نتیجه گیری: امنیت پایدار و شهر خلاق دارای اشتراکاتی هستند. هدف خلاقیت شهری و امنیت پایدار، رضایت شهروندان شهر چابهار و به تبع آن امنیت برای استان است. در این راستا، باید شهر چابهار به عنوان محل شکل گیری خلاقیت، دانایی، صنایع خلاق و نوآور و اقتصاد دانایی در یک مسیر امنیت پایدار در نظر گرفته شود. بنابراین با مؤلفه های شناسایی شده و با تأکید بر نخبگان و متخصصین برنامه ریزی شهری، مدیریت شهری، شهرسازان و سایر علوم مربوطه؛ سطح امنیت پایدار در فضاهای شهری چابهار فراهم می شود.Narrative writing the components of the creative city in order to achieve sustainable security(Case study: Chabahar city)
Background and purpose:The current research has been done with the aim of narrative writing the components of the creative city in order to achieve sustainable security in Chabahar city.Method:In terms of purpose, the current research is applied and interpretive and analytical in nature, and in terms of method, it is in the group of integrated research (qualitative and quantitative). In order to collect the sample population, a targeted sampling method was used, and finally(15)people were selected as the sample population. In order to analyze the data, the narrative writing method(using MAXQDA software)and the Delphi method and finally the(ANP)model have been used.Findings:Based on the results obtained; Organizing themes including:(development of environmental patterns,development of economic patterns,development of political patterns,development of technological patterns,development of quality of life patterns, development of socio-cultural patterns and innovation) and 54 basic themes were identified from the narratives of experts, In the following, using the Delphi method in two survey stages;The proposed components were approved by experts. Finally, the results of the ranking also indicate that the component of development of economic patterns with a final weight of0.031has the highest level of importance.Conclusion: sustainable security and creative city have something in common.The goal of urban creativity and sustainable security is the satisfaction of the citizens of Chabahar city and the consequent security for the province. In this regard, the city of Chabahar should be considered as a place of formation of creativity, knowledge, creative and innovative industries and knowledge economy in a stable security path.
