بررسی سواد انقلابی بر اساس گفتمان امام خمینی (رحمت الله علیه) و آیت الله خامنه ای (مقاله علمی وزارت علوم)

چکیده
با ظهور انقلاب اسلامی، ارزش های دینی به عرصه عمل وارد شد و از آن زمان تجربیات یگانه ای در تمامی عرصه های سازمانی و مدیریتی به دست آمد؛ هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی سواد انقلابی از منظر امام خمینی و مقام معظم رهبری می باشد. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش کیفی و از نوع گراند تئوری می باشد. این پژوهش به دنبال مفهوم سازی سواد انقلابی از بیانات بنیان گذار انقلاب اسلامی حضرت امام خمینی و همچنین سخنان مقام معظم رهبری است به این معنا که داشتن سواد انقلابی می تواند نشان از توان رشد و مهارت های پیش نیاز رفتارهای انقلاب اسلامی باشد که به صورت تمام خوانی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد از سه نوع شناسه گذاری (مفهوم سازی) باز، محوری، انتخابی، 450 گزاره، 50 شناسه و مفهوم، ۲۰ مقوله و ۶ فرامقوله به نام متغیرهای علی، م حوری، م داخله گر، راهبردی ، زمینه ساز و پیامدی به دست آمد. مفهوم «سواد انقلاب اسلامی» به عنوان مقوله محوری انتخاب شد و عوامل مورد نظر مرتبط در الگوی به دست آمده ارائه گردید. عوامل ع بارت اس ت از بصیرت انقلابی، ایمان انقلابی و تعالی گرایی به عنوان عوامل محوری؛ معنویت گرایی، خودسازی، آخرت گرایی و اسلام گرایی به عنوان عوامل زمینه ساز؛ روحیه انقلابی، عزم راسخ، انسجام انقلابی و تعهد انقلابی به عنوان ع وامل راه بردی ؛ ح افظ انقلاب، قانونمندی، عمل گرایی، خدمتگزاری و م دیریت ج هادی به عنوان عوامل پیامدی؛ بینش انقلابی و ویژگی انقلابی به عنوان عوامل مداخله گر؛ تفکر انقلابی و آگاهی انقلابی به عنوان عوامل علی.Examining the indicators of revolutionary literacy based on Ayatollah Khamenei's speech (The second step of the revolution)
With the advent of the Islamic revolution, religious values entered the field of practice and since then, unique experiences have been gained in all organizational and management fields; Experiences that are new and different because of the new and different nature and values of the Islamic Revolution. The purpose of this research is revolutionary literacy from the perspective of the Imam and the position of Supreme Leader (conceptualization to quantification). This research was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative method in terms of grounded theory. This research seeks to conceptualize and measure revolutionary literacy from the statements of the founder of the Islamic Revolution, Imam Khomeini, in the 21-volume book, as well as the words of the Supreme Leader. It has been studied in full until reaching theoretical saturation. The results showed that 450 propositions, 50 identifiers and concepts, 20 categories and 6 meta-categories were obtained from three types of identification (conceptualization), open, central, and selective, named as causal, pivotal, intervening, strategic, contextual, and consequential variables. . The concept of "Islamic Revolution Literacy" was chosen as the central category and the desired related factors were presented in the obtained model. The factors include revolutionary insight, revolutionary faith, and transcendentalism as central factors; Spiritualism, self-improvement, heresyism and Islamism as underlying factors; revolutionary spirit, determination, revolutionary cohesion and revolutionary commitment as strategic factors; Guardian of the revolution, legality, pragmatism, service and Jihadi management as consequential factors.
