چکیده
ایران شناسی به عنوان یک علم مستقل از شرق شناسی، با توجه به ماهیت میان رشته ای خود نیازمند تعامل و هم افزایی با سایر رشته ها از جمله روابط بین الملل و دیپلماسی عمومی، فرهنگی و رسانه ای است. بنابراین می توان با بررسی اسنادبالادستی، اهداف مرتبط با دو حوزه دیپلماسی عمومی و ایران شناسی را شناسایی کرد و انطباق آن با وظایف و مسئولیت های سازمان های متولی هر کدام از این دو حوزه را سنجید. با این اقدام پژوهشی، اهداف مشترک مشخص می شود که عبارتند از: «اشاعه تصویر مطلوب از ایران، تقویت روحیه تعامل گرایی فرهنگی، مقابله با ایران هراسی، هم افزایی و در نهایت افزایش قدرت نرم ایران». در مرحله بعد و ناظر بر اهداف مستخرج، الزامات پیوند مطلوب میان ایران شناسی و دیپلماسی عمومی مشتمل بر مواردی نظیر ایجاد همگرایی با دیگر کشورها و کاستن از زمینه های واگرایی مشخص می شود. در نهایت سؤال اصلی پژوهش حاضر اینگونه مطرح می شود که «چه راهکارهایی برای پیوند میان ایران شناسی و دیپلماسی عمومی کشور وجود دارد به گونه ای که ظرفیت های ایران شناسی برای پیشبرد اهداف دیپلماسی عمومی فعال شود؟» روش انجام این پژوهش، توصیفی و تحلیلی است و به منظور کاربست آن، مطالعه اساسنامه سازمان های مرتبط از جمله صداوسیما و نیز مفاد اسنادبالادستی مبنا قرار گرفته است. به عنوان فرضیه، این امر مستلزم مجموعه راهکارهایی مرکب از اقدامات سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری است که به طور همپوشان و حمایت کننده، مکمل یکدیگر باشند. موارد نرم افزاری نظیر دیپلماسی رسانه ای مبتکر و خلاق با محوریت ایران شناسی و موارد سخت افزاری نظیر ایجاد ارتباط ساختاری میان ایران شناسی با حوزه بین الملل.The link Link between Iranology and Iran's Public Diplomacy (with Emphasis on the role of Culture and Media)
Iranology, as an independent science from Orientalism, due to its interdisciplinary nature, requires interaction and synergy with other disciplines, including international relations and public, cultural and media diplomacy. Therefore, it is possible to identify the objectives related to the two fields of public diplomacy and Iranology by examining the above documents and measure its compliance with the duties and responsibilities of the organizations in charge of each of these two fields. With this research action, the common goals are determined, which are: "spreading a favorable image of Iran, strengthening the spirit of cultural interactionism, countering Iranophobia, synergy and finally increasing Iran's soft power". In the next stage, looking at the objectives, the requirements for the optimal link between Iranology and public diplomacy, including things such as creating convergence with other countries and reducing the areas of divergence, are specified. Finally, the main question of the current research is posed as "What are the solutions for the connection between Iranology and the country's public diplomacy in such a way that the capacities of Iranology are activated to advance the goals of public diplomacy?" The method of conducting this research is descriptive and analytical, and in order to apply it, the study of the statutes of related organizations, including radio and television, as well as the provisions of the above documents is based. Hypothetically, this requires a set of solutions composed of hardware and software measures that overlap and support each other. Software cases such as innovative and creative media diplomacy centered on Iranology and hardware cases such as creating a structural connection between Iranology and the international field.
