بررسی تاثیر خودشیفتگی و خوش بینی مدیر عامل بر ساختار سرمایه شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تاثیر خودشیفتگی و خوش بینی مدیر عامل بر ساختار سرمایه شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران به انجام رسید. جهت انجام این پژوهش تعداد 143 شرکت بین سال های 1395 تا 1401 در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران به عنوان نمونه آماری بررسی گردید. فرضیات پژوهش با استفاده از روش رگرسیون پانل دیتا و رگرسیون ترکیبی در نرم افزار EViews10 تجزیه وتحلیل گردید. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل فرضیه ها با استفاده از روش تخمین EGLS در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد نشان داد که خودشیفتگی مدیر عامل تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ساختار سرمایه شرکت دارد. خوش بینی مدیر عامل تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر ساختار سرمایه شرکت دارد.Investigating the effect of CEO narcissism and optimism on the capital structure of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange
This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of narcissism and optimism of the CEO on the capital structure of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. In order to carry out this research, 143 companies were investigated between 2015 and 2016 in the Tehran Stock Exchange as a statistical sample. Research hypotheses were analyzed using panel data regression and combined regression in EViews10 software. The results of the hypothesis analysis using the EGLS estimation method at the 95% confidence level showed that the CEO's narcissism has a positive and significant effect on the company's capital structure. The CEO's optimism has a positive and significant effect on the company's capital structure.
