آداب ترحیم و وقف گورستان در مازندران

چکیده
مراسم ترحیم در مازندران آداب مخصوص به خود را دارد و اغلب در حسینیه یا امام زاده های مجاور گورستان برپا می شود. در گذشته گاه در این مراسم زمین هایی را نیز برای مزار وقف می کردند. این مقاله نخست به آیین های مرتبط با مرگ در مازندران اشاره و سپس نوع مالکیت زمین های گورستان را در آداب ترحیم مردم این منطقه بررسی می کند. برای دست یابی به این منظور محتوای برخی از وقف نامه های گورستان به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی مورد بررسی و واکاوی قرار گرفته اند. یافته های پژوهش حاضر حکایت از آن دارد که آداب ترحیم و وقف گورستان های مازندران نشأت گرفته از نوع نگرش و جهان بینی مردمان این منطقه است. واقفان با اعتقاد به جهان پس از مرگ، برای آرامش روح درگذشتگان خود نه تنها زمین هایی را وقف گورستان می کردند بلکه بر مزار بزرگان و بستگان خود نیز موقوفات بسیاری اختصاص می دادند تا در هر دو جهان از کردار نیک خود بهره مند شوند.Funerary Customs and Endowment of Graveyards in Mazandaran
Funerals are held in Mazandaran following specific customs. They are often held in hoseyniyehs (religious centers) or holy shrines near cemeteries. In the past, some pieces of land were sometimes endowed to graves. The present paper initially deals with death-related rituals in Mazandaran and then investigates the ownership quality of graveyard lands in the funerary customs of Mazani people. The author has examined the contents of a number of cemetery endowment deeds following a descriptive-analytic method to achieve this purpose. The findings of this study indicate that the funerary rituals and endowment of graveyards in Mazandaran originate in the worldview of the people of this region. Believing in afterlife, benefactors not only endowed land to graveyards for the peace of the spirit of their diseased dears but also made several other endowments on the grave of their relatives and great figures so that they could benefit from their good deeds in both worlds.
