چکیده
تکفیر و جریان های تکفیری معاصر، بخش جدایی ناپذیری از تفسیر انحرافی از آموزه های اسلامی است که تحت تأثیر تداوم بحران های داخلی در کشورهای اسلامی، نظام های سیاسی ناکارآمد، دولت های ناتوان و ورشکسته و خلاء قدرت در منطقه خاورمیانه و همچنین مداخله قدرت های فرامنطقه ای، نضج یافته و در اشکال مختلف و متنوع به حیات خود ادامه داده است. بااین وجود، مسلماً القاعده و داعش را باید به عنوان دو جریان اصلی دانست که با رویکرد تکفیری-جهادی با اقدامات خشونت بار، غیرانسانی و غیردینی، به مهمترین و خطرناک ترین گروه های تکفیری-تروریستی تبدیل شده اند. در این میان، داعش، اگر چه مولود القاعده به حساب می آید اما سلطه آن بر بخش هایی از عراق و سوریه و اعلام تأسیس خلافت اسلامی و تهدیدانگاری مرکزی ایران از سوی داعش، آن را مستلزم بررسی علمی درباره زمینه ها و دلایل شکل گیری و تحول آن می نماید. از این رو، این مقاله تلاش داشته تا با بررسی زمینه های شکل گیری جریان های تکفیری و بویژه داعش، به ارزیابی بازتاب آن بر امنیت ملی ایران بپردازد.Analyzing the process of formation of takfiri currents in the Middle East and its reflection on Iran's national security (case study of ISIS)
Takfir and contemporary takfiri movements are an inseparable part of the deviant interpretation of Islamic teachings, which is influenced by the continuation of internal crises in Islamic countries, inefficient political systems, weak and bankrupt governments, and power vacuum in the region. The Middle East, as well as the intervention of extra-regional powers, has matured and continued to exist in various forms. Nevertheless, Al-Qaeda and Daesh must be considered as two main currents that have become the most important and dangerous Takfiri-terrorist groups with violent, inhumane and irreligious actions with Takfiri-Jihad approach. In the meantime, ISIS, although it is considered the birth of al-Qaeda, but its dominance over parts of Iraq and Syria and the announcement of the establishment of the Islamic Caliphate and the central threat of Iran by ISIS, require a scientific study of the grounds and It shows the reasons for its formation and evolution. Therefore, this article has tried to evaluate the impact of Takfiri movements and especially ISIS on Iran's national security.
